I liked it because it is easy to learn and anyone with minimal coding knowledge can use it without any problem, I like that it provides solutions to easily automate processes using bots, it is an excellent RPA with good features and a good graphical interface for development. I like this tool because you can automate all the processes that are repetitive, its interface is easy to use both for the studio and for the orchestrator, it is quite easy to use and install and it works very well both in open environments and behind a firewall.
