I like how flexible it is, and how we can develop processes ranging from the most basic to the most complex with no coding necessary. This helps us increase productivity and alleviate some of the challenges and limitations of working remotely. Direct processing eliminates the need for human labor, which enables businesses to increase their output and better respond to shifting consumer requirements. The user interface and overall user experience (UX) are top-notch, and I find that it tremendously improves the journeys of my clients to become pleased and repeat customers. The user interface uses artificial intelligence to gather opportunities from each workflow contact. IBM Business Automation Workflow is one of the best products currently available on the market because it is the only comprehensive automation software that is currently on the market. This makes it extremely helpful to us in coordinating all of our business processes and models through automated workflows. Everything is satisfactory, except for the delayed assistance from IBM. One aspect of this product that I do not like is how expensive it is; as a result, most small businesses and medium-to-small enterprises (SMEs) do not test out this Automation solution owing to the high cost of its licenses and budgets. It is easy to work with IBM BAW. A tool just for designing process flows, developing decisions in the flows, and designing screens/forms for users with the ease of drag and drop ready-made components. I like the flexibility and the way it enables us to create simple to complex workflows without a single line of code to improve productivity and reduce the complexities and limitations of working remotely. Manual labor is reduced to a minimum through direct processing to improve productivity and meet fluctuating customer requirements. I really love the user-interface and the great UX for the straightforward customer journey with the help of AI to identify opportunities from every interaction in the workflow. We consider this solution one of the greatest tools in the market overall, and no other software is as beneficial to us as IBM Business Automation Workflow, It's the only full-scale automation software in the market, assisting us in orchestrating all of our business processes and models through automated workflows. One critical issue that we never expected to go through while on IBM, When the business has a large dataset and the workload goes heavier and heavier until it freezes/crashes (sometimes), and sometimes it just goes heavy for a while and then gets back to smoothness, I hope we can find out what's causing this since we experienced this with our clients too. And we believe this tool should be for everyone and not only enterprises, and we already implement it for SMB, but we don't find it fair enough with the pricing. IBM BPM/BAW is the best business processes automation product and any organization can take benefit from it by developing business processes in BAW to increase time efficieny and business growth and using this organizations can track/minimize loopholes in the process and their manpower smartly. Organizations can reduce a lot of their time spent in manual activities with the help of automation. Everything can be tracked and improved using automation and there is a way to create a paperless environment, everything is on the system (CLOUD).

Processes can get stuck sometimes, and the migration of services may take longer than usual.
