What do you like best about Hyperproof?

Hyperproof is fantastic for automation and reducing the number of manual hours spent on repeated tasks. Their team is attentive and quick to assist when challenges are met. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperproof?

Hyperproof still needs to flesh out a few elements of their functionality, but I fully expect them to keep developing in the right direction based on their existing trajectory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I'm an auditor and I've used Hyperproof for some engagements"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Hyperproof?

The most helpful thing about Hyperproof for me is the ease of use and the capability it gives auditors and their clients to share evidence and comments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperproof?

I think for a while we had an issue with the size of the files we couldn't share. I believe they were working on increasing their capacity. I also think they would benefit by adding folders to their lists, instead of having one large list with all requests listed one after the other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"HyperProof Review: Streamlining Compliance and Risk Management for Modern Enterprises"
5/5
What do you like best about Hyperproof?

HyperProof makes it easy to drive evidnece collection and retention. Also, modules can be repurposed in some ways such as turning the risk register into a POAM manager so there is flexibility on what can be done. Thanks to HyperProof I have seen a reduction in man hours needed to maintain my compliance packages. Hyperproof is easy to implement and cusotmer support is amazing as the hyperProof team is always improving the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperproof?

The only issue I have seen with hyperProof is if a jumpstart is done with similar controls as it can create duplicates with no way of mass deletion. However, HyperProof is fixing this issue, and the reason why it is important as a user to test everything in the sandbox before doing anything in the production enviroment. What do you like best about Hyperproof?

The tool offers a sleek interface, is easy to implement, and requires no additional training. Features like Labels (containers for organizing evidence) and the ability to track freshness are definite advantages. It also provides reusability of previous audits, effortless sharing of evidence with external auditors, and excellent support during and after implementation.

Hyperproof is utilized to manage ISO, SOC, and other compliance frameworks required by the company. It is an essential daily tool to oversee organizational compliance and fulfill customer commitments.

The Hyperproof community portal is highly valuable for understanding the steps of integration. Based on these features and a comparison with three other GRC tools in the market, I strongly recommend this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperproof?

The dashboard lacks customization options, and the internal reporting feature falls short of expectations, as it is also non-customizable. Hyperproof’s suggested solution is to use Snowflake integration to extract data and generate reports. Additionally, a customizable, template-based questionnaire for assessments is not available. "Highly Recommended for Control Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Hyperproof?

I love how straightforward the initial setup of Hyperproof was, allowing us to start using it immediately. The environment was created quickly, and the integration features, although initially tricky, offered real benefits once set up. I appreciate the enhanced visibility into our controls and risks, helping us understand our issues and resource allocation better. The ability to manage controls centrally and the features like hyper syncs are hugely beneficial, especially with the integrations with Jira and Confluence, which ensure we have the latest information without manually searching. Also, I admire the product's value for money and its capacity to provide granular data, which was a key reason for our purchase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperproof?

While I appreciate Hyperproof's ongoing updates, I find the risk management module could offer more and the vendor module could greatly benefit from enhancements. Improving these features would strengthen the overall product offering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
