Luckily, Hyperproof has a pretty easy-to-use SDK that is straightforward for anyone who can develop in Javascript to use. The support I receive from Hyperproof is top-notch. My company interviewed 13 different GRC companies and created an in-depth comparison chart. After about five months of work, Hyperproof was the clear and obvious choice. **What do you dislike about Hyperproof?** Uploading controls into my programs can be a little confusing. I wish the process were more automatic. It would also be helpful to use Jumpstart for my custom controls to map to other programs I spin up. **What problems is Hyperproof solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using Hyperproof to manage our HITRUST and SOC 2 programs. We've gone from exhausting, time-consuming, manual work to being able to quickly locate and provide audit evidence. Freshness reminders are set to help us stay on top of artifact updates throughout the year rather than a big effort right before an audit or exam. But what we like best are the people - the various teams from sales to implementation to customer success to support to development are extremely responsive to our questions, concerns, and goals. **What do you dislike about Hyperproof?** As a financial institution, our primary framework is based on the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), which Hyperproof have recently added. It is quite different than SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other common frameworks, and there are still a few functionality issues to be worked out. **What problems is Hyperproof solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to implementing Hyperproof, we were manually tracking and saving audit evidence, which was leading to a lot of extra work and time spent duplicating efforts. Now that we are able to map evidence to our controls, we are able to quickly find and provide required artifacts to internal and external auditors. I receive tickets from people who administer hyperproof, and as I receive tickets, I work on fixing security issues. **What do you dislike about Hyperproof?** I do not have any complaints about hyperproof. My use is very well handled and I am satisfied. **What problems is Hyperproof solving and how is that benefiting you?** When a product I support contains security vulnerabilities, I receive a ticket to fix the issue. I then use Hyperproof to record all my work.
