HyperProof makes it easy to drive evidnece collection and retention. Also, modules can be repurposed in some ways such as turning the risk register into a POAM manager so there is flexibility on what can be done. Thanks to HyperProof I have seen a reduction in man hours needed to maintain my compliance packages. Hyperproof is easy to implement and cusotmer support is amazing as the hyperProof team is always improving the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only issue I have seen with hyperProof is if a jumpstart is done with similar controls as it can create duplicates with no way of mass deletion. However, HyperProof is fixing this issue, and the reason why it is important as a user to test everything in the sandbox before doing anything in the production enviroment. The tool offers a sleek interface, is easy to implement, and requires no additional training. Features like Labels (containers for organizing evidence) and the ability to track freshness are definite advantages. It also provides reusability of previous audits, effortless sharing of evidence with external auditors, and excellent support during and after implementation.
Hyperproof is utilized to manage ISO, SOC, and other compliance frameworks required by the company. It is an essential daily tool to oversee organizational compliance and fulfill customer commitments.
The Hyperproof community portal is highly valuable for understanding the steps of integration. Based on these features and a comparison with three other GRC tools in the market, I strongly recommend this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The dashboard lacks customization options, and the internal reporting feature falls short of expectations, as it is also non-customizable. Hyperproof’s suggested solution is to use Snowflake integration to extract data and generate reports. Additionally, a customizable, template-based questionnaire for assessments is not available. It is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The dashboard is very helpful for a quick look and check your company's compliance status. The features are good. Hyperproof is continuously improving and they do updates regulary. Workshops are good especially if they have new features coming in. Hyperproof support is awesome, you'll get a swift response if you have a concern and provide a temporary solution while checking at your concern. They will update if there's any development.
Our company has been using Hyperproof for almost three years now, and it has really changed the way we manage our compliance. It makes my job much easier. Hyperproof listen to their customers' feedback, which I believe is why Hyperproof has improved their product so significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far I have a good experience, there are some issues but attended immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The multi-program/standards offerings is very important to setting up clients in Hyperproof where they may be utilizing several programs simultaneously (e.g., ISO, SOC2, NIST). Additionally, reliably keeping up with current and developing standards is critical to partner success. Hyperproof added a capability to monitor and report Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) scoring in 2024, which allows partners to better serve clients with or seeking DoD contracts.
The partner customer support is phenomal! We have a direct line to our product managers via Slack, and the team is very responsive to emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you've used other GRC tools, Hyperproof (like the others) changes or mixes terminology which creates a bit of a learning curve, but not insurmountable. The one thing I see missing from the tool is the ability to upload a template and produce a complete System Security Plan (SSP). Currently, users can export information to be used in an SSP (e.g., implementation details), but there is no way to produce a complete SSP (e.g., CUI SSP Template for NIST SP 800-171). One of the aspects I appreciate most about Hyperproof is its ability to centralize and streamline compliance management. It's impressive how it brings together policies, procedures, controls, evidence, and even risk monitoring into a single platform. This eliminates the chaos of spreadsheets and manual tracking, which can be incredibly time-consuming and error-prone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I can say is that some features can be complex to configure (related to access) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The tool provides much flexibility for deciding how you'll use it to manage your program(s). With great flexibility comes many choices, but the implementation and customer success team is great about helping you understand best practices and the pros and cons of each. I wish Hypersyncs (their automated information request feature) were released more frequently. Luckily, Hyperproof has a pretty easy-to-use SDK that is straightforward for anyone who can develop in Javascript to use. Your only limitation are the APIs made available to you by tools you wish to import data from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hyperproof is easy to use. Everything is very well organized and clear. It took my team and I very little time to get used to. From there, everything was efficent and streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No major dislikes come to mind about Hyperproof. If I HAD to pick something, I would say that I wish you were able to change the status of something after approved. If something was mistakenly marked as approved, we found that it was easiest to make a new request rather than be able to turn it back to in progress or needs revision. We have been using this tool for various compliance, internal and external audits that include ISO, PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC, CSA STAR, FFIEC etc. This tool helping us to manage controls, labels, organizing the proof ( evidence) etc very effectively. There are dashboards with filter to see real time data and status. Also, tool sends notifications, reminders to allow compliance managers to stay on top. Very helpful tool for compliance management and associated functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Yet to use other functions like user access reviews and expore other functionality. I can't say now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hyperproof has really helped us to save a lot of time and human resources when doing our audits. The feature set is continuously being improved so some features when we first looked at the product got implemented as we were using it helping our process to be smoother. I'd say the only downside is that while using the product there were some features that seemed like they would be in the basic foundation of the product, the on that sticks out was our auditors being able to have a field to submit sample selections. That being said they implemented a number of feature improvements and requests that we were looking for while using the tool, and were advised that our other suggestions (such as this one) that were not yet implemented are in the works and would be impelmented before our next audit season. The GUI is very straight forward and easy to use. Also, the support because they are always helpful, friendly, and they have knowledgeable people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That the work items module get slow and that the due dates in the task is little bit confusing because there are two diferent due dates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
