Page loads can be a little slow when navigating around the UI. **What problems is Hyperproof solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hyperproof helps me to help my clients build more strategic Information Security programs in a way that allows control owners to get involved and take an active part in maintaining their portions of the security program. The onboarding team was incredible and helped get us up and running quickly despite complex requirements. **What do you dislike about Hyperproof?** The vendors component feels less fleshed out than other modules, but still very functional and was easy to move our vendor workflow in to. **What problems is Hyperproof solving and how is that benefiting you?** We implemented Hyperproof to be a general GRC solution for multi-program compliance, as well as vendor risk management and general risk management. The custom framework requirements editor is weak and time-consuming to use. Hyperproof introduces the concept of "freshness," a unique way to track current evidence and uses integrations with standard applications, such as Google Workspace and AWS, to retrieve proof automatically. Compliance has a lot of redundancy and overlap. Hyperproof has done a fantastic job of centralizing similar parts so that you aren't reproducing your work. They also have a strong vision for the direction of this product and they continue to make improvements. Many product and feature owners at their companies have asked for feedback and suggestions. They really listen and try to build the product that their customers need. I would suggest this product to organizations with multiple compliance programs and frameworks as a no-brainer. **What do you dislike about Hyperproof?** Some integrations are missing out of the box, or are a bit limited. This is a little unfair, considering how innovative and valuable their integrations are. In addition, HyperProof also offers functionality to automate evidence collection for documented controls, which will significantly reduce the burden on business users over time. The application is structured in such a way as to reduce redundant work across programs, saving effort and reducing errors. It is also extremely easy to integrate, allowing for simple exports and imports as needed. From a user experience perspective it is elegant and intuitive, and it is also quick. Another excellent feature is that as we use Hyperproof now to prepare for ISO 27001, all the work we did for SOC 2 transferred over to the ISO framework, saving a tremendous amount of time and effort. **What do you dislike about Hyperproof?** There is a bit of a learning curve, but the interface is efficient after you get used to its quirks. it would be wonderful if it were possible to right-click on various objects in the interface and open them in another tab. When demoed against competitors, my non-compliance coworkers could easily grasp the functionality and purpose. When I, as a compliance specialist, used it to perform compliance-related tasks, it was apparent how all the tasks fit together, how controls were mapped to requirements, and how to move through the application to complete required functions. Beyond simply analyzing the product's functionality, though, I was also swayed by the people at Hyperproof. Forming a partnership with Hyperproof is a joy. Hyperproof aims to make their customers feel like they're on their side, working hard to tune the product to the customer's need, incorporate feedback, etc. **What do you dislike about Hyperproof?** My perception of the GUI and design language is that it's dated. It also isn't very responsive, i.e. the elements don't tend to adjust when resizing the window. Also, some links simply can't be right-clicked to facilitate opening them in a separate tab, making navigating a bit painful. **What problems is Hyperproof solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were practicing compliance activities and running audits purely out of complicated folder hierarchies and spreadsheets.
