The discovery tool is extremely useful to find thousands of accounts suitable to key terms, demographics, or geolocation, allowing marketers to easily find the right accounts for the next project. Unlocking profiles allows us to see the health of an account and to see the demographics of the influener's followers, again, allowing marketers to find the most suitable accounts to work with.

If you don't have the pro version usually in "Discovery" the accounts that appear are mostly companies instead of people. Also, sometimes when looking a specific keyword (let's say "sustainability") results are not all related to that keyword. Lastly, the ER sometimes is different from another platforms (so it happens that we send our selection of influencers to the client and they check their own platform and say that there's no coincidence in the ER of the same profile). The thing I like the most about the plataform Hype Auditor its the variety of Discovery results when searching for new profiles to work with. Also, the variety of filters the plataform offer to do so. By the other hand, i enjoy the rapid and ease of use and implementation, its very simple to understand and work with. Finally, i recently start working with other tools like Market Analisis and Ranking & Trends, i think its very useful to do some important and relevant analisis for our company. There are some things that im not so happy with. This are the following:
- The categoies assigned to the influencers are not allways right, so this affects some searchs when doing specific categories discoveries.
- We have problems with some countries when searching for new profiles (for example YouTubers in Venezuela. We have practically cero profile useful).
- It would be so much better if the "contact information" on the reports came with the download of the .csv file, so we would have no need to create a list and from there set the download. This is because the list brings so much information we dont need and it takes some time on recieving the email with the file.
- When we filter by brand and not-brand, not allways work right this condition of filter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
