I would say for now that there isn't a ton of things that I don't like. I would love to make a suggestion. Create a tool that helps you identify behavior and personality traits that best suit a team environment. That way you could knock out all competition. I hope they enhance the Buying Committee output to be a report with recommendations on approaching the whole client group for sales and negotiation based on the group personality dynamics. Some reports feel repetitive for niche roles like startups vs. corporate clients. I’d love more filters to drill into specifics. Exporting data is possible, but formatting options are limited. Because they are still building this out, some of the DISC profiles I have seen are incorrect. However, they have a feedback option that allows you to submit something and let them know if it needs to be changed, but if you are looking someone up for the first time, you have to proceed with caution on whether it is correct or not.
