What do you like best about Hucu.ai?

I like the inner connectedness that this platform provides our team. I like that this is HIPPA compliant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hucu.ai?

1. The app is clunky. Meaning that the load time is slow.

2. The notifications do not pop up on my computer or cell phone. I have no idea if there is even a new message to look at.

3. If you compare your product to things like slack - there is no integration into any of the software platforms.

4. Our team is not adopting this, like the program LINE we have utilized in the past, likely because it logs you out as soon as you stop typing.

5. Other companies I have worked for utilized SLACK for IM and working on projects, the functionality of HUCU does not allow for the team to work collaboratively on projects because they get booted out so often.

6. There are no video calls.

7. Search in the treads is difficult

8. You cannot adjust the typeface in the thread. Bolding items, creating a hyperlink to something off the platform.

9. The emoji's are limited

This is in no way what our team intended, and I’d like to learn more about your experience to better support you and your team.

Additionally, I would like to thank you for giving me an opportunity to help guide you & your team in optimizing Hucu.ai’s features & functions to remove those restrictive barriers you’ve experienced.

Hucu.ai sends instant notification alerts to your mobile device for all messages sent in your joined channels. Please check that you’ve allowed Hucu.ai notifications in your device settings & that you are logged into the app on your mobile device. If this issue continues, please contact Hucu.ai and we will work with you to resolve the issue ASAP.

We are currently working to integrate with more software platforms based on our customers’ needs. Please let us know which integrations would be beneficial for you.

To keep all patient-related communication secure, the app has time-out security that requires users to enter their 4 digit pin/use FaceID to return to their messages after 5 minutes of inactivity. Please let us know if your experience is different and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Hucu.ai does offer a one-touch virtual video calling feature in the app. Once you enter your video meeting ID/link in your profile, you can share and launch virtual visits in seconds!

You are able to bold items in a message by surrounding the words you’d like bolded with asterisks - *example*

Emojis are currently available on the mobile app and are available as they are set on your device keyboard. Additionally, we have implemented 5 message reactions that are available for both the mobile & web app.

Since we wear masks often, Face ID is not operational while working. The button to close Face ID is right above the button to log out of hucu. I have accidentally logged out multiple times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hucu.ai?

The privacy factor is huge. My colleagues and I send information, ideas, and strategies back and forth regularly and hucu's encryption and privacy-minded coding really work to give us peace of mind while exchanging sensitive and private infromation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hucu.ai?

The ability to add channels in Hucu allows us to keep communication about multiple patients in multiple locations organized and directed only to the appropriate staff. The ability to take photos within the app facilitates the distribution of Protected Information quickly to the correct department and the flags allow our providers to see at a glance which patients are on the 'hot' list to be seen as a priority when they enter a facility. The Honors points system has encouraged a very competitive environment for our staff to utilize this communication! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hucu.ai?

We have had resistance from new users until they see the benefits of Hucu. It is easy to get carried away creating channels for very specific purposes within the company so the list became very long.
