Hubilo Pros and Cons

We adopted HUBILO less than a year ago, and all of our local subsidiaries have been successfully using it to deliver their monthly webinars. HUBILO is an excellent platform, enabling attendees to access events without requiring specific downloads or installations.

Six months ago, we were delighted to use the HUBILO platform for our online, annual, two-day conference, which was a great success. Attendees from all over the world joined seamlessly, and the platform's robust capabilities allowed us to host multiple live sessions simultaneously without any issues. The biggest plus is that the Hubilo team is super responsive everytime we send an email. You can feel comfortable hosting a webinar or a virtual event knowing that the team is there to help you in real time.

Customization:

Engagement Tools:

o Interactive features like booths, leaderboards, surveys, and live Q&A.

Technical Limitations:

It's easy to set up the events, and it's easy for attendees as well. I like the branding options to make each event feel unique. The leaderboard system is a fun way to get attendees to interact with the platform. The Hubilo team is always ready to answer my questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No real downsides, but it is on the more expensive side when we only use it for a few events a year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Setting up any event is sometimes a big challenge. The dashboard is unintuitive and important settings are buried deep in menus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The backend and the streaming options. The product has really several features and mini but useful services, and some times I cant use them all for my lack of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We used Hubilo webinar for one of our event and the overall experience was good with great ontime support from Ashutosh and team. We liked the seamless integration and engagement options, which made it really easy for our team to manage this event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Email templates/emails cannot be duplicated and have to be rebuilt

- The app has to be requested to be built

- The app preview doesn’t allow personalized screenshots pertaining to the event.

- Can’t filter notifications by day or get a calendar/timeline of notifications.

- Notifications only came through the topic and wasn’t clickable.

- Surveys had to be built within the app.

- Didn’t have a place to have sponsors uploaded

- Couldn’t build custom landing pages
