At Hubilo, it's a DIY platform so it's easier to manage the entire event. Starting from setting up to registration or managing the day of the event it was a smooth experience with the support from support team. The main event execution was fantastic and customization to use our domain was awesome. The site was very professional-looking, easy to navigate, and had different engagement options. The Dashboard was very easy to get around and set up the event, add attendees, add sessions and send customized emails. Being a very small team running a hybrid conference for the first time we knew we needed this support and we received it! Hubilo gave us everything that we needed to host a multi-stream event. The back end was largely user-friendly and intuitive. Support in the run up to the event and on the day was very good, Deepanshi was always quick to reply and helpful, always finding solutions to our (very specific) issues! Some of our audience were blind/partially sighted and relied on using screen readers to access the event. This proved very difficult and some were unable to register. From my experience hosting events on the platform, I believe the Hubilo Broadcast Studio can be improved due to the speed of transition for scrolling to find speakers whilst hosting a stream. Another area for improvement (As I use a mac) is to allow the system to share computer sound.
