Platform ensure thousands of people can join virtual event smoothly at the same time. Hubilo also enable to show the high quality of long duration video without any issues of internet lagging / interuption.
The back-end interface is also easy to use. Normal staff can join as admin to modify or udpate the suitable updates for each specific activities/online event Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are many fixed functions/ features that can not optimized for each parculiar requests. Sometime we need to balance between the offered features which available on Hubilo with our expectations.

Flexible
The solution is flexible and can be configured based on the requirements of your events. We also like how the platform evolved and made it more suitable for online and face-to-face events. In addition, the platform provides options to do your online events; you can upload pre-recorded videos or do them live.
Amazing Support
We commend our amazing support person, Deep. He was supportive, responsive, patient, and helpful. They respond quickly when we have urgent changes to the platform and need assistance. For us, this is important as we have a timeline to follow and a quick turnaround is very helpful.
User-Friendly
The platform is user-friendly, both backend and front end. On the organizer's side, we could navigate the options quickly, and everything was straightforward. It's good that we have complete control of the platform, and it's accessible to us to make changes. On the users' side or attendees' side, it's straightforward as well. From registration to the lobby, everything is user-friendly. They can easily access the contents and interact with the other attendees. The add-to-calendar feature was beneficial for the attendees as most of them are C-Level executives, and they need to have reminders or blockers in their calendars.
Interactive
Before the event, it's essential to have the attendees on board and start socializing with the other attendees to keep the interest alive. The platform allows attendees to post, set meetings, message other attendees, and engage in exciting activities on the platform. Also, the attendees can chat, ask questions, answer polls, and interact with the attendees while the sessions are ongoing. The platform is impressive, but we cannot avoid quirks in the features. The good thing is we get a quick response from our contact person, Deep. He always makes sure that the platform will suit our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The overall backend experience is extremely complete, with lots of features that are already set-up in the system. The ticketing, the database, the Newsfeed, the agenda page, and especially the gamification features that our clients really appreciated to enhance the delegates engagement throughout their conference. Unfortunately like any system, it has limitation which we have to work with, things that are set in a specific way in the backend and cannot be changed. The way we had to set-up our agenda was extremely manual, creating one by one session, we were also limited by our clients using Webex hence we were unable to use the engagement feature during a session, the engagement was also sometimes limited e.g. how to do a poll and cannot do an open question. The post-event also needs to be re-worked because we had to manually download the content from the app one by one (content from the delegates) and were not able to do one back up from the system with everything inside. We had to spend lots of time saving the content from the App after the event. The set-up of the registration form at the start was also very manual and a rather long process for us, and we had many limitations on the type of data we could collect for our corporate client (it was a private event). Hubilo is a great platform for virtual events. It feels incredibly high-tech, while being very user-friendly. The support staff is really exceptional and willing to dream with you about new ways to use the platform and make your event amazing. Huge shout out to Karan, who is very responsive via email and has been my go-to helpful guy for the last year. The platform releases new improvements all the time, which is really fun because it can be boring to have limitations. The studio feels more and more like a true broadcast studio. The studio is sometimes difficult for presenters to figure out. It is different than Zoom, and more like a broadcast studio than a video call. I wish that was easy to explain to presenters but we just need to give them a couple of walk throughs to get it right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We opted to go with Hubilo since it is a DIY platform - much easier to manage the entire back end of the event. No need to request to make any changes, we could just do them on the fly as we needed to. Setting up the event was a smooth process and incredibly user-friendly. Some things weren't super intuitive, but for the most part stuff was easy to figure out. Both our CSM and the online support chat were always on-hand to answer any questions. The experience with the Hubilo support team was probably the best I have ever worked with. Being a very small team marketing team and running a hybrid conference for the first time we knew we needed this support and we received it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We did have some Hubspot integration issues, but our support team was able to provide some workarounds. Not ideal, but we were able to work through it. We also missed a key feature that launched a few days before our event - the ability to schedule emails from the platform. Also, while the platform was easy to navigate for our attendees, there was very little customization on the front end of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I liked the Professional Services the best with the Hubilo Platform. Our support representative for the Infosource Capture 2022 Conference, Pranshu Pandey, was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, proactive and with me every step of the way for the event build, testing and execution.
