Hubilo made our Virtual Exhbition orgnanizing journey very smooth. Their Customer support was commendable especially Renuka from their team was available throughout.
Live streaming is very easy to use both for the speakers and organisers.

Online ticketing: a variety of ticket types feature allows you to flexibly sell different packages.
Confirmation email: Use the automatic email sending function to send personalized emails and event links to participants
Online chat rooms: set up private chat rooms to communicate with each other in global chats in the lobby/hall/booth

This platform is the perfect choice if you want an engaging online event. My favorite part of Hubilo is the newsfeed and the contests. We used Hubilo to host our annual Social Media Conference that's usually an offline event. All of the participants loved the platform and we can't wait to use it again. What's also worth mentioning is the great customer service that the Hubilo team provided us. They were always there when we needed them. In conclusion, Hubilo is definitely worth trying. Marketing should be more transparent (should be made clear up-front how it works, using Zoom or similar to stream, should warn that some commercial networks may block Hubilo -- and explain how to work around this up-front, rather than wait for it to happen and then deal with it.)

Need to be able to assign an admin role to certain users so that they can handle chat, Q&As etc. in any session, rather than force speakers and hosts to do this.
Need some kind of event-wide announcement mechanism. Event Feed didn't seem to get seen.
Need tips for sponsors on how to get the best out of the platform, and what tools they have and the best ways to use them.
Need tips for networking, how to get people involved etc.
All specs for image sizes etc. should be published, not just given when asked for. Also you should try to streamline to just a few aspect ratios and specify them, rather than specify image sizes. You could still have a recommended minimum image size. It's a lot to ask of sponsors to supply many images in custom sizes. The more you can simplify that, the better. As a user/attendee, it has an intuitive layout with lots of functionality (e.g. group discussions, 1-2-1s). As an organiser, it was easy to set up & modify in the back end via the dashboard. It's great that it can be branded as well, and done so easily. The multi-upload of information for Booths via excel is great. The account support from Gaurav was very attentive and helpful - he seemed always available for us, and it was a reassurance. The back end analysis is a useful feature. Platform is easy to use, great support from the Hubilo team (special thanks to Gaurav), option to practice just as if it were the real session so limited issues with the speakers on the day, networking works well (as long as we spend the time on our end to promote and explain ahead of time to as many people as possible) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very small issue but there's a lot of details to remember to setup properly. For instance, I set up a poll and thought it would go live automatically on the relevant session but it didn't. This was part of a package for our sponsor so a bit of a shame...Some features such as exhibitor tables or networking options would be worth explaining in more details but it could just be that I missed the info Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We loved the tech-enabled experience that Hubilo provided, as it allowed us to host a 100% centralized virtual event with our 2000+ employees worldwide. The various features available made it easy to personalize our event and to offer the best possible experience to our employees. We couldn't have done it without our Success Manager Pradeep, who made himself incredibly available and who supported us all the way from the creation of the event to its implementation. We experienced tech issues with the Lounge room section (people being kicked-out of sessions, difficulties of seeing participants, sound/volume disappearing).
