We were a bit skeptical at the start, Hubilo was new to the market and we were currently testing solutions like brella, cvents ....etc. But none of those solutions could deliver what we had pictured. Hubilo was a breeze of a product it had everything we hoped for and the cost was far more affordable than any other similar platform.

The platform needs an option to send messages to attendees from the admins. We wanted to send personal messages to our special guests that could not be made possible Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our team loved the app! It's a great technology with the features that you need for a virtual conference and tradeshow, especially the networking and matchmaking features. It worked excellently on both desktop and mobile. The platform is very easy to use, the design is sleek and modern, and the Hubilo team were a pleasure to work with. Our clients and attendees enjoyed their experience and were impressed with our pivot, especially since it was our first time. The typical downsides that come with a tech provider and especially a new platform for the events industry. I believe they are still developing more customizations which I believe are needed to the agenda (so you can create your own schedule or save the sessions you're interested in - that was not available for us). The OTP is another issue we've faced, it would be helpful to have people create-their-own-password instead of getting a new OTP every time (especially with company firewalls blocking emails). I believe the Hubilo team are open to feedback and are more than willing to continuously enhance the improve the platform. We had some issues with customer support prior to the event but they were available for support 24/7 during the event which was the most important. The platform has a lot of features and it is very easy to use, both for the organizers and attendee.

I have to toggle between dashboards to update details of an event. Please keep it all on ONE dashboard for convenience. Please also provide more options to edit text and include images as well. There is only text boxes for content and you could provide more variety on that. It would be great to include a glance of all sessions instead of listing it down day by day. Best part of this platform is that it provide all those features which are required for a real events like -

- Exhibitors zone
- Contest to keep attendees on the platform

There was not anything which we disliked but the only thing which we found could have better was to have integration with email marketing software like, Marketo, Hubspot etc so that it can be synced seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I had a only week to roll out a networking platform to plug into a bigger event and I was impressed how swiftly Hublio team was able to turn it around. My account was created in no time and my Account Manager Pradeep Vishwakarma was there to help me every step of the way, right from setting up, designing phase through to the day of event. The customer support was excellent and the product features I liked most :
1) The ease of setting up and customising the platform
2)Instant networking via video calls/chat
3)Visual appeal of the lounge - pod set up
4)Ability to run video calls in countries like China
5)Reporting capability

There not much to dislike, really, however, I feel the meetings could run more than an hour sometimes, so an option for a longer meeting would be good.
The meeting calendar always shows the time zone of where the event is most likey to be attended but considering how events are becoming global nowadays, I think the meeting slot should be shown in the attendees time-zone, and at the bottom the invitees corresponding time could be displayed.
The list of all attendees is shown on the platform, in some cases you would not want the attendess to see each other, a toggle button to show/hide the attendees would be good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The audience should be able to see each other during the virtual event. Hubilo should also provide a "demo" video to the attendees before the event, to provide more clarity on how the platform works so they can get the most of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
