The features of Hubilo are very well thought out. The best thing about Hubilo is the ability to let clients choose tabs to include for a particular event (not forced to utilise all features if event does not require). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One area of improvement would be on the testing of the platform. At the moment, certain features will only go live on event day and if any testings are required, arrangements would need to be made with Hubilo to 'open' it for a certain time frame. However, due to time zone differences and difficulty in coordination with client's time, there are multiple hurdles just to achieve this. Hubilo can consider allowing all features to go live and available for client's viewing and testing of features ahead of event day as long as the event has not started. Our users had issues accessing the platform because of firewalls and difficulty finding the email invites for the conference. The email domain was a bit confusing coming from "olibuh". The Hubilo platform offering great options for all three areas we wanted in our event: recorded content, networking and an online expo. Not many - a few small features like being able to see how many meetings have been used in the networking lounge and a lack of clarity around live streaming but these were only small things Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a great platform which is extreme interactive and easy to navigate. The Dashboard features are very user friendly, simple & convenient to deliver the information the event platform requires. The best part of the platform is the functionality of private room, networking lounge & face to face meeting between the attendees, sponsors or Speakers. Our clients and attendees enjoyed their experience and were impressed with our pivot, especially since it was our first time. . Additionally, it is also very cost-effective when compared with many other platform options out there and can't forget the Hubilo team, who was available round the clock to support the team & made it successful.
