Incredible opportunities for sponsors and exhibitors - the most interesting features were the option to have your sponsor personnel customize their "booth" and freely interact with attendees - either by chatting or booking one to one meetings .

From the admin point of view , Hubilo gives you full control over your event in terms of moderating content , removing any unwanted interaction , and getting creative with your event feed . From the design and UI point of view , Hubilo is simple and smooth guaranteeing a very interactive and error-free user experience , as well as having an efficient design for the speaker , host , sponsor , and attendee profiles , giving limited access to interact in certain parts of the event for each profile type .

An extremely instrumental note is concerning Hubilo's multiple streaming options for both recorded and live sessions which saves you the effort of handling streaming.

Last but not least Hubilo has the BEST customer support I have ever seen . With their amazing customer success department , you can rely on them for being cooperative , helpful , ingenious , and basically giving you every ounce of their effort to make sure your event steals the show. Some minor details in the platform from the admin perspective . The posters for the contests and questions are not customizable . The interface for the admin view of the event dashboard - where you can customize and upload everything on your event is a bit complex , with sometimes similar options in entirely different places ; the organization for the customizations options need to be tweaked . However I must say that Hubilo provides detailed videos and guides for using that dashboard , but it may take you some time to become an expert with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A lot of features are uncompleted:

1) When we disable Meet and Chat function, these button supposedly should now pop out, it will makes attendees confuses as when they click into it, shows blank page.

2) Share your Details - The button to drop business card should be flexible as well, when it is not compulsory, we need to hidden it to avoid making attendees confuse.

*The above 2 features should be enhanced, it should be able to be hidden or remove when we do not use the Meet & Chat and Share Your Details button.

3) Networking Loumge - Networking lounge should be as same features as Jitsi, allow share screen, chat, video call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We used Hubilo because it was possible to add participants for a private event with all their details via a spreadsheet. Other than this the design is reduced and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The languages are not supported this good at the moment. GDPR certificate/protocol weren't available as deep as should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The video group chat feature! Being able to video chat while experiencing other aspects of the event is what makes this platform stand out. Guests have to ability to communicate with the organizers, participants, speakers with group chats, private chats, group video chat, one-on-one video chat and by setting appointments. The limited ability to customize the design (colors, font, borders, background images). The design in very neutral but it did not enable us to level up with our client's brand presence in a visual sense. The lack of customization makes it transparent that we do not own the virtual event platform as we would own a physical event space when we buy it out for various event programs. Our company has worked with several virtual event platforms for over a year now, and Hubilo is hands down THE BEST! Everything from the design/layout of the platform, to the customization tools that can be controlled by the event organizer. In addition, their customer support is absolutely top-notch!
