We have run a few smaller events leading up to our big event. These smaller events have been so easy to execute because the platform was so easy to use.

The platform was very seamless and easy to use. Our customer success manager was also easily contactable in the build-up to the event and was extremely helpful on the day whenever we ran into issues.

It is an all-in-one hub for virtual events. Users can watch live sessions and interact with other users through the messaging functions. The customer success representative Priyanka has been helpful in onboarding our team to the platform, and to answer our queries. The Hubilo team was receptive to listening to feedback and resolve some of the problems we faced.

We had quite a number of formatting issues with the public facing event page and during our dry runs, although these were later resolved.
While the UX is easy to use, it also means that there's less opportunities for customisation.

It was a good all-round platform, combining the common webinar functionality with a flexible exhibition booth format, and especially the ability to incorporate networking tables was important to us. In my research, Hubilo had the best combination of these three elements plus a modern look and feel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
not really dislikes, but I would improve:
- the ability to download analytics directly (instead of via email)
- being able to send chat messages (eg share a link) with people you are in a call with, at a table.
- Have an option in your pricing plan that is not event based. In this way we could create a more permanent solution to showcasing businesses. With less functionality would be ok. e.g. have a exhibition of businesses that we have up all year, and can direct people to as needed, without the need for video calls etc.
- being able to categorise exhibitors in more detail would be useful, more like we can with attendees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The layout is very intuitive for the conference attendees - the Zoom video embeds well and the sponsor/exhibitor booths are a great alternative to in-person events.
Also the customer support is great - I can send a message to Deep and he will respond quickly and action the request. It makes such a difference to have a real person to talk to! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
