We used the platform for the Deafblind UK Staff Conference, and the overall package was excellent. The layout is clear and intuitive. The cost was very competitive, but the overriding advantage of going with Hubilo was Customer Service. Round the clock support for our full weekend conference. Akash was available for the entire conference ( even though we were in Canada and he was in India). The site is also easy to navigate and really pretty! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only real downside is that you can access features that you have not paid for. We added a few unexpected expenses, but this was resolved in a highly professional manner by Hublio. When presenting, a moderator has to paste over comments - there is no direct interaction with the audience. We would love it if this feature was worked on. Very easy to use and intuitive dashboard to set up the event with many customization features available. The attendees greatly appreciated the event platform for its user experience and ease of navigation. Great support from the Hubilo Customer Success team before and during the event. Integration between hubspot (so they can talk back and forth vs one way) would be one major upgrade.

We don't really have many criticisms of Hubilo! One downside however was that in the chat section during each lecture session, we could not reply to attendees comments directly or tag their names to reply to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
