Customer service & ease of use was helpful. Both Vishal and Keshav were amazing to work with and very helpful. Users admired networking and gamification options. We used zoom with the platform, and there were lots of creative ways to make it easy for end users to interact. The pricing, customer service, and features were better than competition. We chose Hubilo for its user-friendly platform, accessibility features, and its excellent customer support and were really happy with our decision. The platform was easy on event organizers and attendees alike, customizable enough to make it "feel like us," and the customer support really is incredible. Can't think of much I disliked. The default names of some of the platform features were a little confusing to me (I work for a nonprofit so our lingo is probably different than Hubilo's other customers), but since everything is customizable it wasn't an issue - we just renamed features in ways that made more sense for our event and our audience. Hubilo is an excellent event platform for connecting, learning, and engaging with your attendees. Although it was our first roadshow event with Hubilo, everyone was satisfied and enjoyed this virtual experience. There are unique features similar to live events like the lounge area, sharing business cards, and one-to-one meetings. Also, you can keep your attendees entertained and engaged at all times.

We had no significant issues from our experience with the Hubilo platform.

The platform worked really well for our event, displaying a lot of information about different sessions throughout the week-long festival. Additionally, the staff from Hubilo was really supportive in helping us best use the platform, and occasionally taking our feedback to make the platform better. The backend of the platform can occassionally be hard to navigate, figuring out where you access different features and how to customize/brand various spaces in the front end. Beyond that, any small issues or glitches were well addressed by their team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- LiveStreaming via Hubilo is quite bad actually (comparing to Stream Yard) The function of the backstage is pretty similar to SY but the overall experience of using the backstage is not very smooth.
- Backstage: A lot of lags and the waiting time to enter the backstage can be quicker
- Invite Mailer system: Some attendees received their invite email in their spam box, not sure if its possible to fix this or not
- Leaderboard: can be rigged as people run scripts

I would highly recommend the virtual event platform Hubilo. It was so easy to learn how to use and very clear for our participants to navigate. Many of our participants who have used all kinds of event platforms mentioned this was the best one they had seen. I appreciated that the sponsor booths could be updated by the exhibitors directly and can manage their own analytics. I liked the agenda navigation bar for the participants to hop in and out of different sessions. I like the attendee search feature—one of the best I have seen. I especially valued the high level of customer service provided by our CSM, Devdutta Khomdram. He always responded immediately and was right by our side in providing launch day troubleshooting. Whenever we had a question via email or chat, the Hubilo team always found an answer for us. I had heard in other testimonials they had excellent customer service, and I agree! We did have some trouble with tech working on the virtual networking tables. A number of participants couldn't join. We should have been more clear to use chrome. Having the old dashboard and the new dash to manage was a pain. When a participant pays they should be immediately brought into the platform when it is live, not sent an email with a link. The name/title/information should immediately post and update on the platform, we had to manually update the titles because they weren't pulled in when registering. Last time I used the platform needed to connect with ZOOM, which is positive and negative. Maybe having their own livestream easy to go on air and having a simple backstage would be good however, having ZOOM allowed the platform connect with different experiences.
