The team was incredibly patient with us in the beginning, and the client support is impeccable. Priyanka Chaudhary, our Customer Success Manager, guided us with incredible patience and was always able to suggest solutions or alternatives for platform shortfalls. It is the kind of support that every company should aspire towards.
The platform is also very practical. It takes out all the gimmicks that other platforms we reviewed were trying to impress us with, and provides very functional tools and capabilities for social interaction, encourages communal engagements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having the right Virtual / Hybrid Event Platform is KEY. We have worked on many platforms, but time and time again, we recommend Hubilo to our clients. The Hubilo team takes all of our requests into consideration! Our clients often want to have a say in what features they are looking for, and we love that Hubilo hears us and acts on those requests whenever possible! Interface, support, and functionality are superb
we have used Hubilo for our last 3 CloudTalk events. before we used it we used other solutions but were not happy with result.

The staff my company was assigned to was highly supportive before, during, and after the event (shoutout to Priyanka Chaudhary!!). She guided us on how to navigate the platform, and that definitely elevated my team's experience with Hubilo! Every feedback given by my team was taken into consideration which shows that Hubilo sincerely values input from their customers and work to improve their platform. The platform has many features and can be customized according to the need of the event. It was a positive experience working with Hubilo for our inaugural event. My team and I have no complaints about Hubilo. However, we have suggestions that Priyanka has already sent the feedback to her team.
1. Improvement on the invite mailer feature. The emails sent through the invite mailer ended up in many of our registrants' spam boxes.

Engagement options in this platform are far better than what we've previously had, and it seems to be what attendees comment on the most. We also really like the ability to upload images, brand, and attach many items/videos. We've also had great customer service throughout each event. The embed option (new for us last event) was a wonderful place to make our post-event survey easy to find. I like that exhibitors can set up their own booths, too. We would like to see a continuing educaiton feature that allows us to upload a template certificate (a required certificate per our CME/CEU provider) as well as a way to send out a certificate for cumulative hours after an event, rather than one certificate after each session. We would also really like to be able to tag ("@") people in posts, chat, and event feed. It would also be nice if people who are admin or speakers for one session within an event, but participating throughout the rest of the event could participate in polls.
