Since Hubilo update to their 2.0 version, I think all were good. As an event organizer, we are allowed to have more customized items, to control what to show to our audience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think is still the Room feature that some of our guest facing issues when they login to the dedicated Room. Some of them couldn't turn on their audio/video, or they turned on, but the moderator couldn't hear from them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There was an issue with Hubilo's API with Zoom that restricted the number of API calls that could be done to Zoom. This really disrupted

Great platform! Super easy, flexible Admin interface which allows you to make changes on the fly. Alankar Saxena was excellent, never dropped a ball and was always there to assist.

The fact that you continue to improve UI and are adding new features is commendable..Never had issues in terms of load time and site performance.. Mobile experience for version 2.0 is a huge improvement as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Invite mailer ends up in spam for most of the email servers. Login code is sent via email which has a specfic language and formatting. You don't have an ability to change that text which is little disappointing as every event is different and you want to make nessary changes to the verbiage. The look of Hubilo 2.0 looks amazing, I also enjoy the different versions of how to log in, I also enjoy the social lounges and the built-in "how too guides" with each feature! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The backend on some features is a little clunky at the moment around registration. There is also no built-in email campaign system at the moment, so you need a third party for that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few great advantages to using Hubilo!

(1) It's easy to set up!

(2) Registration process is efficient,

(3) Seamless streaming live/pre-recorded,

(4) Concierge emailing is very useful

(5) Great support from the person assigned to help (Deep)

(1) In a large-scale event (~10,000 people) filters play an important role and the possibility to customize the match-making to only relevant people, are key features. This is the 3rd event, and I found that due to some upgrades, the flexibility was significantly reduced.

1.1. Match-making took into account thousands of Junior profiles, not at all relevant to the networking piece of the event.

1.2 Filters: It would be best to not show values belonging to categories of participants that are not displayed anyways - that makes filtering significantly ineffective.

(2) In the previous version, Admins were able to see the number of people active on a certain session. I wish this feature is brought back in the upgraded version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You have control of the platform and build it yourself. It is user-friendly but also visually appealing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Ease of use; the platform was very intuitive and easy to navigate for both back-end users and attendees.

- Support team has been impeccable throughout the process; our team worked with Karan Kohli who guided us through the process with incredible patience and always responded promptly to any questions or concerns we may have had.

- The Invite Mailer feature is a great functionality to communicate with attendees via a centralized email. The biggest challenge however was that most emails ended up in our attendees' spam folders which prevented them from receiving the instructions on how to log in.

- Limitations in customization capabilities; The UI of the platform was great for attendees but we would have benefitted from having more features or from having more customization capabilities for overall design and UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
