What do you like best about HRSoft Long-Term Incentive Management?

CompTrak helped us to implement an annual salary cycle within a very tight timeline back in 2021. Since then, we have been able to run our annual review cycle successfully each year with great feedback from the business. The future looks bright as there are a lot of exciting new features on the product roadmap and Comptrak has made investments in their customer success and project management teams to ensure even smoother implementations and cycles. Historically, Comptrak at times lacked the resources to keep our projects on track during our annual cycle. We do know that they have made investments in this area and are looking forward to seeing their increased success in this area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the simplicity of the platform. It is intuitive and easy to navigate. I like the flexibility it provides in customizing it to what our organizational needs are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HRSoft Long-Term Incentive Management?

The speed of the platform can be slow once the cycle opens up to leaders & HR. There seems to be a disconnect between Comptrak testing and releasing it to us for testing - what I mean by this is that the majority of the time items were supposed to be ready for testing, but then when our team would test, it would end up being broken/incorrect. There needs to be more testing done on the Comptrak side before something is released to our team for testing/verification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The least helpful part about CompTrak is that they aren't always 100% clear on what final output will look like on a custom product so sometimes customer expectations are not in line with final output. There are also still aspects of the tool that should be working and are not after being active users for over 2 years Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Move away from manual fragmented process to a more streamlined process and online solution. Enable HRBPs and managers to have more strategic, data driven remuneration conversations rather than dealing with data/spreadsheets.

What do you like best about HRSoft Long-Term Incentive Management?

We've been working with CompTrak for over a year and have had a wonderful experience with the team as they've helped us build out a system to better manage our employee investment programs. Specifically, we've been impressed with how agile their capabilities are - particularly since our programs are so nuanced. They've helped us move our data out of Excel and into a system that is 1. much safer for our data and 2. much easier to query. They've also helped us to design a forward-facing portal with improved, dynamic reporting. It was a huge win for the employee investors, as well as for my team. Throughout the project, the CompTrak team has been an absolute delight to work with. Very helpful, engaging team members - we look forward to catching up with them each week! The tile system, which classifies different categories, is very user-friendly and comfortable to navigate through. The service delivery is also excellent with catering/ modifying to client's requirements with perfect turnaround time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Maybe the timezone difference. Sometimes it is frustrating to wait a day to get the data imported into the system, wait for an email confirmation, and the next day you do the checks if there are no issues.
