What do you like best about HRManta?

While using hrmantra we did not face any problems while installing and using in mobile salary calculation was good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HRManta?

What do you like best about HRManta?

I am working on HRMantra from last year and it's good to use as I am using it daily to apply attendance and leaves. Also I can check my important documents uploaded by company such as pay slips, forms etc. We can also check company leaves here and can check live status of attendance getting approved. Best thing I can check my colleagues birthdays here and who all are absent. I can also check that I can mark my extra hours here and if in future I am resigning so there is an option to mark that as well and it will not take much time. I can say it has best customer support and its easy for implementation and integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HRManta?

Working from an year long but didn't find any cons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HRManta solving and how is that benefiting you?

HRMantra is solving problems such as:

Applying attendance and leaves.

Can check my important documents uploaded by company such as pay slips, forms etc.

We can also check company leaves here.

Get live status of attendance getting approved.

Can check my colleagues birthdays here and who all are absent.

The website seems pretty working on a few resolutions and not on all resolutions

Nowdays the UI are pretty clean and UX centric which seems lacking for HRMantra Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HRManta?

The UI is very self-explanatory and reduces the effort to have formal training for the tool - or any sort of help. One can easily get to know the tool on their own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HRManta?

One feature to have mass attendance regularisation, rather than doing it day by day would be really helpful; the rest is good for now. This feature would obviously be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Attendance regularisation - Getting visibility into my attendance, backlog and how many leaves quota I have is helpful
