What do you like best about HR Acuity?

This is such a good system, very intutive and and easy to use I would highly recommend this system for organsiations that need to improve the HR system management. I get regualr updates on all the cases that I working on and also when new cases are raised in parts of the business that i work with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HR Acuity?

HR Acuity is delivering in a space that has been left untouched for most of my career. Employee Relations (ER) has largely been ignored as a space for innovation and creating the ability to tell stories with ER specific data. HR Acuity is changing that by creating an ER platform that has never existed and has no competition on the current market. The HR Acuity platform provides a complete ecosystem for ER professionals, leaders, and employees through its product offerings. Not only are they the only comprehensive ER solution on the market, they were also one of the first to release a responsible AI solution within their core platform setting the bar for HR as a whole.

For the first time, I can now place more of my energy towards developing ER strategy versus dedicating most of my energy towards administrative tasks that are draining in addition to unengaging. The platform allows ER professionals to provide insights to their peers, leaders, and employees to showscase the value ER brings to the workplace. We've all seen the #MeToo stories in addition to other unethical workplace headlines over the years. Unfortunately, this has not directly translated to offering additional resources to our ER departments. In most part, I believe this is due to the inability for ER departments to showcase their value due to the highly reactive nature that the work once was. HR Acuity is changing that in addition to so much more.

If you're ready to move past the basics (e.g., the central repository and checklist type of ER of the past), HR Acuity is set to deliver on helping shed light on the tremendous value ER brings to organizations. ER is part of the employee experience and that's more important than ever. From insightful and actionable dashboards, to cutting edge responsible use of AI, HR Acuity is here to change the landscape of ER to bring them to the table as true partners in developing sustainable and responsible work cultures. What do you dislike about HR Acuity?

The dashboards need to be further developed to allow users to drill-to-detail in addition to offering targeted audience dashboards (e.g., dashboards for HR Business Partners, leaders, various COEs to help identify partnership opportunities). Allowing me to dedicate more of my energy and focus towards ER strategy by using actionable data insights as a guide that I have trust and confidence in. This is a hard one because I see the changes that are constantly being made and improved upon. Creating a case from an intake form is my least liked functionality. What do you like best about HR Acuity?

I wish it were easier to update the way our HRA is set up. It would end up taking us a ton of time to redo all of the work to change how it was set up by a previous person on our team, and I'm not sure if that's worth it in the long run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We went live with HR Acuity in January 2024 our implementation coordinator Kayla was AMAZING!! My 30 years in HR this is by far the best software implementation I have ever been involved.
