I like the reminder function. Being able to have reminders set for myself about certain cases versus having to actually click into each case to see what I need to do next is helpful and saves me time. It's also very helpful in assisting the teams I assist in terms of organization of our conversations/notes. The ability to prioritize my cases and the ease of use is amazing. I dislike how the drop down for searching an employee by SSN disappears if you click on another screen, considering I am using multiple screens. The system integrates easily with our HRIS system, UKG. It is confidential to report employee complaints, harrasment or retaliation issues, and it is very easy to use. We can run reports and searches to look for trends and common patterns across our organization in order to identify traning needs or other actions that need to be addressed. It is very user friendly and easy to teach others. There are a lot of things that are customizable for your Company and the overall platform is truly made for ER Teams. Sometimes HR Acuity makes changes and we don't always recieve a training/explanation to those changes before they happen, so that can cause confusion. Using a case management platform like HR Acuity to manage Employee Relations (ER) cases is the best solution for your organization and ER professionals. It is user-friendly, easily configured (and doesn't need to be overly customized to meet your needs), full of features that will make your ER processes effective and efficient, and designed and supported by a team of former ER professionals. And...the reporting capabilities are superior - the platform provides several canned reports, you can easily create your own, and you can schedule reports to be pushed to key stakeholders. It's helpful that the database has detailed classification options for each case such as subcategories and multiple ways of listing information and documents. In addition, the search function is comprehensive and allows for detailed searches of cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When trying to create and organize the Insight Analytics and create reports, I did come across an issue with the lack of options to narrow down the cases included in the report. I was trying to make a report on just the subcategory "Bias," but I did not see an option to filter the cases included in the report beyond the main Issue Categories. Our team has also had issues with accessing cases, and the way the website is set up as of now is not entirely beginner friendly. Using this instrument made acuity quite simple. The pre-delivdered best practices were presented to enable very simple start configuration or setup. I do not like how emails appear when they are sent from HR Acuity cases. The feature to send out emails is convenient, but we find that some of our recipients ignore the emails as they do not look as our 'regular' emails do when we send them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our organization went live with HR Acuity last year and we continue to be amazed by how much a case management system has transformed the way we complete administrative investigations. We love how easy it is to configure and the reporting analytics allow us to share information with leadership to improve our culture and strenghen our workforce! HR Acuity is phasing out the exit interview and post-hire interview functionality. This is unfortunate, as we utilized this service and see it as a key piece to the employee relations picture.
