What do you like best about hostingraja?

Customer support is good also provide Indian server location, also local language communication is available..

They have own control panel like OVI Panel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about hostingraja?

customer will not be able to change DNS settings, we need send them emails regarding DNS records changes.

Also need to work on UI , UI is not much good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is hostingraja solving and how is that benefiting you?

Provider faster server compared to another hosting provider in same price.

Backup support is very good..

What do you like best about hostingraja?

The review is based on Windows Hosting.

It could be the pricing model.

After the ticket is closed, the supervisor will follow up with you, and if you request a callback, they will certainly return your call.

control panel is easy to use but has limited functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about hostingraja?

I’ve had several issues with HostingRaja:

1) Lack of Professional Support: If you're a professional and need specific or advanced assistance, their support may not be equipped to help you.

2) Frequent Downtime: The servers tend to go down regularly, and they often can't explain why.

3) Unresponsive Support: If you reply multiple times on the same ticket with additional details, their support team seems to ignore the previous responses and only addresses the most recent message, which can be frustrating.

4) Limited Control Panel: The control panel is quite basic and lacks certain functionalities, like app pool settings, which are essential for managing resources properly.

5) Downtime on Launch Day: Site was down for over 2 days on launch day, and they couldn’t provide any explanation for the issue. Interestingly, the same code worked on another site hosted on the same server.

6) Frequent Migration Requests: Over the past 6 months, they have requested two migrations to new servers, causing disruption. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is hostingraja solving and how is that benefiting you?

HostingRaja helps with basic website hosting, providing the necessary infrastructure for my site. The SQL server they offer is reliable and performs well. These aspects benefit me by ensuring that my website is accessible and my database is stable.

However, while it serves the basic needs of hosting, I haven't experienced the level of reliability or professional support I’d expect for more complex or business-critical requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about hostingraja?

The best thing about Hostingraja is its affordability. I have four websites hosted with them, and for just 1000 INR a year, I'm getting 100% speed with no issues so far. Their customer support is also great—they stay in touch via WhatsApp, so if I ever face any problems, I can easily chat with them there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about hostingraja?

Lack of customization options for experienced users, because hostingraja is using OVI PANEL, so we missing some features of CPANEL Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is hostingraja solving and how is that benefiting you?

I run a news portal, a small eCommerce store, and business websites on a limited budget, and Hostingraja has been a lifesaver. For just 1499 INR a year, they provide hosting for up to four websites along with a domain. They also offer WordPress hosting, and so far, I’ve experienced 99.99% uptime for my sites. What do you like best about hostingraja?

Hosting Raja provides hosting across various platforms like Windows, Java, Wordpress, cPanel, and others. They offer plans with unlimited bandwidth and unlimited disk space which are very important factors for medium and large web applications.

They offer good prices on multi-year hosting plans.

The control panel is easy to use and implement for beginners as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about hostingraja?

It seems they do not offer hosting plans with MongoDB support, which was required for one of my web applications. However, they do offer managed servers with MongoDB support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about hostingraja?

The points whcih I like in hosting raja are as follows,

- Very good server response time in India compared to US based hosting companies

- Free SSL certificate

What do you dislike about hostingraja?

Cons about Hostingraja,

- Global server response time is below average as compared to major hosting companies.

- Support is average.

- At times server becomes much slower. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering hostingraja:

if you are jsut starting and a bit tight in budget, you can go wih hostingraja, as it gives most of the benefits as that of other good hosting companies. There are a few back drop, however you can opt while starting. once your traffic increases, better to shift to a leading hosting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
