I like the initial look of hostinger; their website is nice - it looks professional. The payment is good, they accept all sort of payment such as crypto and other. Paid too much, no help or refunds.

I accidentally bought the Business hosting plan instead of the premium one. I contacted their support 10 seconds after and asked them to downgrade and either refund the rest or add it on top to increase the period.

None of it was possible, they wouldn't refund it or add it ontop, so I haven ow paid $100+ for their premium hosting, which is suppose to cost around 40 dollars.

I had bought a domain from Hostinger and all the processes were extremenly smooth from a customer perspective; right from finding an availaible domain to making payment for the registration and finally getting it approved quickly in some hours.

The pre-sales question and answer process is bad. I had a VERY difficult time getting questions addressed during my decision process of who I needed to transfer to for my hosting services. My previous company was raising its rates and it no longer was cost-effective for me to stay with them. I knew I needed to leave the other company, so when trying to get my concerns addressed, the responsiveness from the pre-sales team was poor. It took a chance that post-sales would be better knowing that I would have an account with active 24x7 service available. I am glad I took the risk. I've had certain problems with respect to my referrals. A lot of times, the commission amount which was credited was less than what I was supposed to receive and only upon my complaint the amount gets corrected. Also, recently they changed their referral commission policy where instead of recurring commissions they'll pay you only once. hpanel should be more powerful and shared hosting hosting should me more powerful, I have been used also cloud hosting but as per the experience I can't think that I am using a fastest cloud hosting that's why I switched in wordpress hosting.
