I have chosen Hostinger from the very first time when I was buying my domain and hosting. I researched a lot but found Hostinger as the most suitable, with an easy-to-use user interface, affordable pricing plans, and everything.
As I continue using Hostinger, I get experience using H Panel and all about Hostinger. But I used to face some very unexpected errors sometimes. For which I didn't have any solution so I always reached Hostinger Support. The best thing about Hostinger is its Customer Support. Always on time, always solves the issue. The only thing I didn't like is that their CDN services are not available in the Premium plan. But that maybe okay. And sometimes the resources like Hosting resource usage calculations are shown wrong. I think they should work on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that Hostinger because it provides a great balance between affordability and features. Need more instructions for first time users and for beginners on web skill. I have registered for a new domain which includes free domain on business hosting plan but it got cancelled when the reviewing process but there is no information that why they have cancelled and what will be the next. When i contacted for customer support they said i have to purchase a new domain wiith paying for it. Is this fair enough. If you cancelled for some reason you need to give it back that same option to create different domain on same plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5. They help you right away in the live chat.
Most of the time if you encounter any issue, you don't even need live support as they have whole tutorial section in their blog.

The Template options for Blog / Website Creation are fewer when compared to my perception and expecting more styles in the future as per my taste. Also, the Options for Product Creation in the Online Store are less for the Digital Products, and couldn't able to add the options like Validity, Language, Instructor, etc. Also, the Stripe Payment Gateway from Zyro in the Online Store is not up to the standard level. The Stripe Payment Gateway process is very slow in verification and still, my Payment Gateway is not Active. You need to give 2 or 3 Options on Payment Gateway to Choose and integrate in our Online Store. Only 1 Stripe Payment Gateway Option in Zyro and their Customer Support is also very poor and they haven't solved my query till now. Hostinger has put me in unnecessary hassle by forcing to register additional account (US one) on top my Russian-registered one to be able to continue with hosting plans and domain registration fee payment on a human rate. In result I had to deal with looooong (and dodgy) process with many stumbles and failures (yes, their online support was there, assisted, helped etc). On top of this, I had to migrate both of my websites from Russian to US account and this costed me extra $100 (I would never be able to absorb all the digital garbage and migrate two websites safely without any risk of loosing even a bit of data)
They explained their demand by the fact that Hostinger is "standing against Russian occupation/ invasion of Ukraine" (as if I am the one responsible).
So, I was subjected to collective punishment simply because some time before the actual invasion took place, I - Russian from Moscow was unfortunate enough to play games with Hostinger.
My arguments that I am currently a Russian refugee in US, who opposed the actual invasion and needs to survive (I am a Russian photojournalist with 7 armed conflicts in my baggage and more than 5 years to cover the actual war in Ukraine), everything this was not comprehended by Hostinger.

I used hostinger for my wordpress website. What i like most about hostinger is the hpanel and the costumer support. The Website uptime is also great. I have not faced any difficulties till yet. to talk to the costumer support i first have to talk to the bot and when bot can't solve it only then it redirects me to the costumer support. It's little hard to go to the costumer support.
