I find the platform much more intuitive than others I've used. The layout is simple, clean. The features are very well thought out and don't require a PhD to use. Until a couple of weeks ago, I had never purchased a domain or built a website. I now have two of each, and I was able to do it without any coding knowledge or prior experience. I get so many compliments on my websites, and my confidence for building, maintaining, and improving my websites grows every time I log in. Where my lack of experience or a snag arose during set-up, I was able to contact the Hostinger Tech Team and my issue was addressed quickly and efficiently through the chat feature. I appreciate not having to be on the telephone or be a tech wizard to get such a good result when I need it. I highly recommend Hostinger for anyone's website needs. The tech support is very weak. Their answer to just about every question is, in essence, "we don't support VPS, you need to figure it out, and maybe hire someone if you need to." I understand they can't be linux scripting experts, but they should at least know CloudPanel a little better than they do. They should also have some basic knowledge about linux VPS hosting, and able to answer the basics, but they cannot. Really, Hostinger should be more transparent about this. Instead of advertising 24/7 support, they should say "we do not support the VPS at all - only buy our VPS if you are a linux expert." If they did that, expectations would be set correctly. There auto renewal option today only my money got deducted automatically from auto renewal even when I didn't wanted the domain anymore. I think domain renewal should be manual only. Now I am stuck with a domain for a year which I don't need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was having issues with migrating to Hostinger - but support was right there, by chat, and all questions answered and problems solved in a matter of minutes. It is great for hosting no doubt. As a new in blogging industry. Hostinger made it very very easy process for me to provide a domain name, business email, handle SSL certificates also provided a great website builder Wordpress. Migration is a great feature. I really like the dashboard it give a comprehensive glimpse of visitor to website, to manage domain emails and much more. You have access to databases, files, backups and much more.
