Great pricing. Really nice interface for managin the sites. The support team is available 24/7 which is good too. CDN capabilities are also a plus. It's also good that they will migrate a site for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They are not geared for an agency at all. There is no concept that as an agency, my sites are my client sites and they are my customers, not hostingers or titan's. the titan email is awful. Titan directly commuincate with each and every email address I setup as if my clients were their direct customer. They also do this without any opt in which is a major breach of GDPR. I reported this to them and got no reply. If I had known that hostinger user a 3rd party company for emaiuls in this fashion I would not have migrated here. Migrating emails over has also been a huge issue. First several ones worked fine, but then none worked. Instead of trying to identify and fix the issue they just shrug their shoulders and offer the most ridicilous "solutions" like me have to create a pst file in outlook for each of my customer email address and then send them the pst file to upload. Outrageous. They also don't offer any centralised method of updating multiple sites and amnging updates and creating reports that can be sent to end users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's very, very little downtime and pretty good load speeds. There's a decent amount of features available for the price. If you don't run into issues and are just running a website this might be okay. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer support generally just links to articles with uncaptioned youtube videos. As a HoH person it's basically pointless. Customer support will often not read your full issue or will not read previous e-mails about your issue. They're pretty fast to respond, but it takes a while to find anyone that can actually help or bothers to read the issue. You HAVE to "thumbs down" their support to get additional help after they link you an article that's not relevant to your issue.
You should have some level of knowledge of running a website when going in. Things fail (my mailserver went down) and you need to know the questions to ask to get them resolved or you're trapped in the nightmare of reading articles only to realize they're not relevant. You're then trapped in the customer support nightmare above. I don't know if things aren't being monitored carefully or if it was just a freak thing, but definitely be prepared to have some outside knowledge.
Titan e-mail is pointless. You constantly have to clear the cache to see new e-mails. Their support also just links you to articles. At least it's free, but I'm not sure it's even worth that if you're not getting your email without contacting support.
Their management portal takes a while to load and sometimes you need to refresh it to stop it from hanging. Things are weirdly grouped together and it's often difficult to find what you need. There are advertisements EVERYWHERE for upgrading your plan and giving them feedback. I will get a "please give us feedback" notification on my screen multiple times per day. Trying to get to customer service is tedious on its own. What you're allowed to use of their resources is confusing if you don't understand a lot of it.
I notice the first time I've been invited to publicly give feedback is when I finally left a positive review. Cool cool cool.
Again, when there's no issues it's great, but when there are issues it'll take me at least an hour, often longer, wading through customer support to get it solved.
I still might renew with Hostinger since when there are no issues it runs smoothly, but I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Coming from Godaddy and a few others in the past, I found Hostinger to be the best in terms of customer support and service response, even to major outages. Not only are they quick to make the initial reply, they are also quick to suggest remedies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't dislike anything, my only slightly negative comment is that their servers are a bit particular when connecting using ExpressVPN. Occasionally, a 403 error is returned when I try logging into my websites via ExpressVPN. I'm leaving ExpressVPN because of similar issues with other websites. I believe the best thing about Hostinger is how much effort they put in to not only protecting their customers, but protecting netizens in general. It's easier for me believe in the good faith of tools and services hosted or registered within their platform because I understand how dedicated they are to resolving security and other issues. I don't honestly believe there are any downsides to choosing Hostinger. They are a great company who I don't believe cuts corners to maximize profitability. They have a clear mission statement and execute effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hostinger interface and ease of use is just amazing. I love how easy and intuitive it is to do just about any task under my account. Also the price tag is a great deal and such a huge value for money. They run discount codes all the time so I took the 5-year plan at a very good price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Well this is well designed platform with easy to navigate on various products be it the Domain and Hosting. The cost is also very affordable when it comes to other operators. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
