Performance - much better than either of the previous hosting solutions. The initial setup was relatively straightforward and the SSL implementation works efficiently. It is possible to reach someone but it is only via online chat. The caching system works reasonably well with Litespeed. Large price change on renewal. Still billing in $USD but now from a UK company with UK VAT. Experienced significant trouble transferring domains to Hostinger from 123 and had to refund. Some confusion about upgrades meant I opted for a bigger package as I was told updates are not possible.

It can be difficult to chat to an acutal operator not the dumb AI, but once connected the team are super helpful.

It was really nice to be able to contact the support chat during the middle of the night where I am located. I am migrating a wordpress website from another host to my Hostinger plan where I have another wordpress website already on my business plan. Hostinger had literally 190gb of more space for my websites and also were better priced for renewals and new hosting plans than the previous host I had been using. On top of that, the customer service representatives that I ended up chatting with were very patient as I verified if I migrated my website properly. I didn't do it correctly, and both Agum and Michelle (I had to contact support 2X) helped me sort it out and then walked me through setting up Hostinger to migrate my website for me.
