The friendliness of the service is second to none, with my initial questions being answered perfectly. Even the chatbot is helpful!
I was initially planning on hosting a Wordpress site, but the website builder seems to have almost everything I need, so will start with that. It is very user friendly and I cannot imagine anyone struggling with it. Just minor issues like lack of information of recommended image sizes.

The email service is very clunky and terribly slow. I've only sent and received a couple of emails, but I can't imagine it dealing well with large influxes. Also, I've found it impossible to connect to Outlook.
The h-panel isn't as user friendly as the dashboards I'm used to with other hosting companies.
The AI website builder still needs a lot of work, and I didn't realise using the AI features requires credits - not sure how much these are, as I've opted to write my own content and source copyright free photos from elsewhere.

I have used super terrible hosts such as Hostgator, and Hostinger is THE WORST! Their platform has misleading content to make you believe you're getting something when you upgrade, and you don't. They do everything they can to get your money, and then if you do anything, such as a chargeback to try and recover wasted money, they will completely lock everything and come after you. I ordered VPS solutions and they never worked, hostinger wouldn't refund me. I use cloud hosting plans that boast 300 websites! I can barely get 60 to function correctly so I have multiple plans in use so that we don't exceed the resource limit and get yelled at. Then they randomly decide to change servers all the time and cause downtime, sometimes changing IP WITHOUT even notifying us. So all our websites go down, and then we have to figure out that they changed the IP, and then go through and manually change each website IP. The security is a screen door. It's a miracle that any of our websites work at all. We are moving everything elsewhere ASAP. It just took me over an hour to upgrade a plan because I was told my SINGLE website on a plan built for 200 websites didn't have enough resources and upgrading to the next plan would solve it. I can't upgrade myself and have to contact support. They tell me it'll take 24-72 hours, I start swearing and they magically find someone available to fix it, then they upgraded it without my permission or telling me what I was about to be charged, then IT DIDN"T EVEN SOLVE THE PROBLEM. But cheap ends up being expensive, it's a crappy hosting that deceives you with the price, but then this hosting is American, meaning from the USA, well, like a good American, it restricts things and doesn't explain anything, takes your personal data and enters your hosting to see what content you have and wants to know what you are going to use the domains for. Hostinger has a constant censorship policy, they censor you for everything, they enter your hosting and look at your content and they decide if you can buy a domain or not, according to their policy if there are words that they consider bad they don't let you buy the domain but they charge you for it, and when you complain they tell you that the money will be refunded in 12 days, they charged me for the domain immediately, they didn't have to wait 12 days to charge my card, if they don't want to sell that domain then they should say from the beginning that they don't allow buying that domain. and Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
