I work with almost every hosting company every day, and none of them is as simple as Hostinger when managing hosting, SSL, email, file management, domain management and client management. Hostinger makes it simple to do anything a webmaster need to do, unline other hosting companies, some are less messy, and some are a nightmare, but none of them s near Hostinger. Sometimes affiliate leads I direct to Hostinger are missed in earnings. But still, I can't think about not recommending Hostinger to my clients as it is the best for me as a web developer and my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing. Absolutely Nothing. Total Ripoff Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have used super terrible hosts such as Hostgator, and Hostinger is THE WORST! Their platform has misleading content to make you believe you're getting something when you upgrade, and you don't. They do everything they can to get your money, and then if you do anything, such as a chargeback to try and recover wasted money, they will completely lock everything and come after you. I ordered VPS solutions and they never worked, hostinger wouldn't refund me. I use cloud hosting plans that boast 300 websites! I can barely get 60 to function correctly so I have multiple plans in use so that we don't exceed the resource limit and get yelled at. Then they randomly decide to change servers all the time and cause downtime, sometimes changing IP WITHOUT even notifying us. So all our websites go down, and then we have to figure out that they changed the IP, and then go through and manually change each website IP. The security is a screen door. It's a miracle that any of our websites work at all. We are moving everything elsewhere ASAP. It just took me over an hour to upgrade a plan because I was told my SINGLE website on a plan built for 200 websites didn't have enough resources and upgrading to the next plan would solve it. I can't upgrade myself and have to contact support. They tell me it'll take 24-72 hours, I start swearing and they magically find someone available to fix it, then they upgraded it without my permission or telling me what I was about to be charged, then IT DIDN"T EVEN SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I have never used a bigger scam in my life. Avoid hostinger at ALL costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

70% of the time, it works pretty well.
The AI works quite well and resolves a large portion of issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
30% of the time, it's a nightmare.
However, as soon as problems fall outside the usual framework, you're redirected to human support. And that’s where things get unpredictable—some technicians know what they’re doing, while others tell you nice stories. It quickly becomes frustrating.
Here’s my latest bad experience:
Yesterday, the server hosting five of our websites went offline. Our monitoring system alerted us, and Hostinger’s AI confirmed an outage lasting several hours.
This morning, three out of the five websites are back, but the other two are showing 500 errors. The AI explains that a 500 error is due to a configuration issue (thanks, we already know that, but strangely, it’s only these two sites that aren’t working). I ask to speak to a human, and I get the same response: they can’t do anything because "it’s a configuration issue." They give me a generic explanation that might convince a non-technical customer, but not us.
I assign a developer to urgently investigate the issue, but I decide to check myself. That’s when I discover that the databases for the two affected sites have been completely deleted.
I restore them, and the problem is solved...
This is the reality of Hostinger. Automation works for 70% of cases, but if you're unlucky enough to be in the other 30%, dealing with their support team is a nightmare. They follow a strict troubleshooting script with no room for actual reasoning or analysis.
Why only 2 stars if it works 70% of the time?
Because, in my opinion, losing customer data is the worst possible failure for a hosting provider. Fortunately, I was able to restore a backup from two days ago, but I still lost a full day's worth of data. For anyone managing a website, losing data is the ultimate nightmare.
Sure, a commercial gesture is offered, but what does that really mean when you've lost critical data due to your host’s unreliability? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hostinger's competitive pricing combined with robust features like a user-friendly control panel, fast loading times, and responsive customer support make it an excellent choice for both beginners and professionals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The inability to restore webmail without a backup is a major drawback. If you forget to renew your hosting package and it expires, there’s a high risk of losing all your data, even if you renew within a few days. This lack of a grace period for data restoration can be a significant inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes, the server goes down for a short time. Also, the renewal prices are higher than the first-time prices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hostinger's customer support geuninely sucks. Their live chat takes 30+ minutes to respond and they always just reply with the most generic answers. You are basically on your own when it comes to trouble shooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The worst is that every time I want to allow the images to show I have to allow imgaes from the sender and it is very time consuming and the server of hostinger is very slow for sending bulk email as the server crasehs and some of the emails are not sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
