What do you like best about Hook Security?

What do you like best about Hook Security?

The interface makes it extremely easy to create and execute social engineering campaigns. There is a wide variety of templates and they are very high quality. My goal is for the emails to be as convincing as possible, and Hook's do just that. The onboarding and customer service have been outstanding; I've gotten personal, rapid attention and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. What problems is Hook Security solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hook Security providers an opportunity to train staff on how to identify phishing scams and what to do when you find them. It has made me much more careful with what I click on and open up in my email because of the test emails they send out monthly. I failed a couple of times, and after reviewing the test that I had failed and the subsequent videos they show you where you made a mistake, I am not much more aware of phishing scams and less likely to click on anything harmful. Nothing really, I would just say that their training library is not as extensive as some other companies I've seen but the others just have multiple copies of basically the same content while Hook is more focused & distinct so don't let that fool you into thinking something is lacking. What do you dislike about Hook Security?

I haven't seen a good way to have a new hire "catch up" on training they didn't receive that everyone else in the company already has. It could be I just missed it, but it would be nice to see each time we enroll a new user that Hook would actively encourage that new person to review all the same training modules from past months. We needed a consistent security awareness training to keep up our culture of security and satisfy our SOC 2 Type II annual audit requirements. The reporting makes it really easy for us to confirm that we have full compliance with our training program, and the system does a good job of nudging our team. Most of the templates are not relevant to my geographic area. For example Chase or Bank of America is not relevant where I am. Of all the templates, perhaps only 20-30%
