So far nothing, I thought the fact there based in the US would be a disadvantage, but they get on calls and they work long hours to help and make sure I close more sales! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hoffman is superior to every other sales training I have been a part of in every way. The first hand knowledge of how to close, techniques that push you to your boundaries but make so much sense. His knowledge drops feel like incredible chess moves that make you wonder why you hadn't thought of these before.
With so many voices out there who have no/limited experience in closing roles trying to sell you on sales trianing, its critical I spend time listening to trusted voices only and Hoffman is top of the list.
While quality of teaching is best in class, quality of the video production is also head and shoulders above everyone else. As someone with a media background, I appreciate that they went all out on great quality that elevates but doesnt distract and aligns with hoffman's sophisticated approach to selling. When there is so many cringy sales training out there with poor/depserate quality attempts, Hoffman's courses are refreshing.

I think a better organization of the content could be great. I beleive they are looking at making investments in this. With the amount of content you get access too I imagine it's a tall task to organize it in the most inuitive way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This approach works with whatever outbounding and discovery methods you've already implemented but leveling up the way your sellers show up to calls and runs discovery in a deeper way, beyond just what's your pain for this project. It forces the prospect and seller to widen the scope and better understand the overall business needs, pain and PBOs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the discovery shift from talking about the project only, to widening that perspective can be tough to implement (like any process) because it does force everyone to slow down a bit. Depending on your prospect persona they might take a minute to adjust to this approach but ultimately it will help the team identify champions vs coaches sooner, show up in a more trusted and valuable way, and get deeper to understanding the needs of your prospects. I have observed significant improvement in the response rate of the SDR teams. Their approach ensures that every interaction with prospects is unique, focusing on the prospect rather than the product. Over the past 10 years, I have worked with various methodologies, but this one stands out as the best. We attended live sessions with CeCe, and the team's response to the training was overwhelmingly positive, with everyone feeling inspired to apply what they had learned. There are no downsides to using the Hoffman methodology. The only consideration is that you might encounter some resistance from the teams, as the methodology demands extensive personalization, which requires thorough research on the Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). While Hoffman's program has been fantastic, there was initially a gap in support for managers. At the outset, I felt pressure to become an extension of the Hoffman team to further support my SDRs' learning. Since I was learning alongside them, I lacked the additional knowledge to act as a true internal coach. Thankfully, this has been addressed in the past two months.
