What do you like best about HiveMQ?

Hive MQ Enterprise easily handles the IoT messages of the scientific instruments we connect to HiveMQ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiveMQ?

Licensing expiration impacts features, sales renewal took extra time as it was difficult to get sales on the line with us. However, the Head of Support responded within minutes when we reached to him and he immediately helped us get the sales person engaged and the licenses renewed. What problems is HiveMQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the best benefits is that we are using Hive MQ Enterprise extension for Kafka which allows communication in the Kafka protocol. Our customer likes that their MQTT broker is supported by the vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HiveMQ?

HiveMQ is an easily scaled, secure, extendible high performance MQTT broker that runs on our cloud infrastructure. It's been an ideal platform for maximising speed and control Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiveMQ?

Requires technical understanding to get the best from it, though we've found it worth the investment. For self hosted solution, is likely to offer most if supported by able cloud engineers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HiveMQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

HiveMQ helps us securely manage device control messages between operating room onsite and remote participants. These control the position of visual displays and angle of onsite cameras. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HiveMQ?

Hive is incredibly easy to use - their web interface makes for a real and compelling demo to everyone I used it with Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiveMQ?

There isn't much to dislike - perhaps the Web UI could use a little tweaking when subscribing to multiple topics (I'm reaching here for a "dislike") - generally speaking it's one of the best online services I've come across Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HiveMQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

Raising awareness of what a publish/subscribe model of a computing architecture should look like. Ive used it to prototype a realtime water monitoring system using IoT technologies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
