What do you like best about HireSweet CRM?

I really enjoyed working with HireSweet. The tool is great:

- to organize your recruitment tasks in a very structured, clean and nice way. There is also an option to set up a reminder for the specific sequences which you would like to perform so that nothing will get lost;

- an option to track your data and not only to see your response rate but also to track positive, negative, and neutral responses from your candidates;

- diversity tab which helps you to change your sourcing strategy if needed and to bring more diversity into your sourcing. Really very great idea! A huge compliment from my side;

- a great overview of what was done once you need to present this information to your hiring manager because you have everything in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HireSweet CRM?

Organization of your recruitment pipeline because you have everything in one place, setting up priorities because once you set up the sequences the system is telling you what is your next step and measuring your efficiency as a recruiter because you can easily track all the essential data. The tool was built that way that it helps you to follow all the latest market trends in recruitment for example crosscontacting candidates (through email and LinkedIn) or bringing some diversity into your sourcing. What do you like best about HireSweet CRM?

The team was attentive to our needs, and the talent pool was exceptional. HireSweet listened carefully to our specific requirements and came back with a few proposals for the right profile. The CRM tool was easy to use, gave us more visibility on our pipeline, and helped us keep track of the great candidates more clearly. Furthermore, the CRM automated the most laborious tasks out of automatic the initial steps of the pipeline, giving us more time to focus on the important steps. What do you like best about HireSweet CRM?

HireSweet has been instrumental in helping me build a robust talent pool for our company. I have to say, I'm really impressed with the tool! It's super user-friendly and intuitive. One of my favorite features is the easy LinkedIn import through the extension or CSV import - it's so convenient to have all of our data in one place. Plus, the multichannel approach has really helped increase our response rates.

Another great thing about HireSweet is the reminders it sends for manual tasks like sending LinkedIn invites - it definitely helps keep me organized! And when it comes to messaging candidates, I love that it prepares the InMail message for me to just copy-paste into LinkedIn.

I also like to A/B test my approaches, so the reporting feature is a huge help in keeping track of my results and useful for analyzing our talent acquisition strategies.

Lastly, the team at HireSweet is amazing! They're super cooperative when it comes to creating new features, and they're always available to answer any questions I have.

What do you like best about HireSweet CRM?

1/ The sourcing recording & automation - The easy LinkedIn Import and the auto-logging of LinkedIn messages AND emails is just amazing. The easy set up of sequences and their run is a game changer for me, it saves so much time

2/ The reminders & automatic followups - I use to prefer manual sequences rather than automatic ones to personalize a bit, reminders help me to have a daily clear view of what I need to do = follow-ups at the best timing + I don't forget anything anymore = increased reply rate (by approx 50%)

3/ The analytics to A/B test my different acquisition strategies, in just a few weeks I got amazing insights

What do you dislike about HireSweet CRM?

Recording / Tracking / Following-ups talents. Before I juggled between different tools (1 for sourcing, 1 for recording, my mailox to contact, and memory and disorganized reminders for followups - it became a nightmare, especially at scale dealing with a high number of profiles.
