The tool is very fast to configure, easy to use. I have spent a while looking for targeted tools that can help our company with pre-selecting canddiates in mass recruitment process. Hireflix is simple to set up and manage. It allows applicants to interview on their schedule within our timeframe, and we get time back from scheduling and facilitating many 1:1 in person. I don't have any major concerns, but if I had to mention something, it would be that the transcription of what the person is saying during the recording can sometimes be distracting. the recipient just clicks the link, nothing to join. Also, new improvements come regularly. Our candidates were comfortable using the platform and liked the Redo feature. the most recent position was a senior sales role, and we have used it for technical and production roles as well.
