As a small business that has had to go from 20 employees to over 60 in about 4 weeks, it was a pretty daunting issue while trying to juggle daily operations and all the other bits and pieces that pop up and detract from our usual BAU tasks we simply couldn’t of done it without Hireflix. Ive previously gone through employment recruitments when I was an employee and had to sit down with 30 or so candidates. Each one would take 30 minutes and then a massive report on each candidate and so forth. The nature of our industry is we can usually tell by questions 2 or 3 if the candidate is a potential fit as we focus a lot on the persons communication skills and look for people with the right values who we can mould and train to deliver within our expectations. Hireflix has been great in helping us shortlist candidates. We're a small yet mighty team and find the whole process aroudn recruitment challenging. - The biggest one for us is the fact that we are saving heaps of time with the tool. Before Hireflix I did a lot of Zoom calls to get a feel for candidates, now, I cut that by 80% and I get time back for other critical business tasks.

HireFlix has really helped to streamline our processes thanks to the very easy interface and its integration with our CRM. It also offers a high quality product that both candidates and clients are using very comfortably and has increased the quality of our service to our clients. They also take pride in their product and are constantly trying to improve it, it has been a year since we started using it and we have received plenty of updates and improvements.

Another important aspect for us was the customer support that is hard to receive these days. There's only been one instance when we had a bit of a glitch but the team at Hireflix were there to resolve it very quickly.

I recently had the opportunity to use Hireflix while hiring a Sales and Marketing Director for one of our clients in Bulgaria. The experience exceeded both my expectations and those of my client, who was new to the Hireflix platform.

Hireflix’s practical, hands-on approach made the hiring process more efficient by automating the first round of interviews with not only pre-recorded video questions, but also automated replies and reminder emails. This saved a lot of time while allowing flexibility for both candidates and myself, especially because we had to deal with different time zones in Europe.

Despite being automated, we had the chance to give a personal touch to the videos by the provided branding options that reflected the company’s personality. Giving feedback amongst the hiring team is also integrated at Hireflix so that informed hiring decisions can be quickly made.

Ultimately, Hireflix helped us find the perfect hire while simplifying the process.
