I love that you can simply double click the phones power button and hihello card can pop up right in my phones wallet without having to sit there and open a bunch of apps to get to the QR code/card.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

Not sure but it would be cool if i could add more features. Like link recent projects or my resume

**What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

paperless networking! Everything else is paperless so this fills a big gap in how we find jobs and get leads.

I can add my business card to my apple wallet which makes it so convenient when networking.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

So far I haven't had any major issues. Sometimes it may take a try or two to scan the QR but I don't believe that is an app issue. More user issue.

**What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having to carry round physical business cards any more, and also being able to get the other persons details as well without having to chase them down.

I find the setup of HiHello to be very simple, making it easy to get started without any difficulties. I appreciate the ability to customize it by adding my business logo and all relevant information, including my Better Business Bureau details. The ease of use significantly enhances my user experience. I also like the digital quality of HiHello and enjoy that I can share the information offline, which adds versatility to its use.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

I think it would be beneficial if HiHello allowed adding a short video to the digital card.

I find the product user-friendly, allowing me to share digital business cards with ease, both online and offline, which enhances my business presence.

**What do you like best about HiHello?**

HiHello makes it very easy to share and receive contact information. I appreciate that I can have the widget on my phone and Apple Watch to make it easy for someone to scan my card.  I also appreciate that I can have more than just my card and can share another colleague's card within my app.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

The only issue I have is that HiHello doesn't always work for some people. When they scan the code, it sometimes doesn't bring the person's card up, but instead brings up the app and tries to have them download it.

**What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to save money, and time, for my organization by not having to continue to purchase cards for every staff member.

The ability to customize your card and the ease of navigation and sharing makes this app ideal!

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

Nothing thus far. I haven’t come across any negatives or dislikes.

**What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HiHello is beneficial for me in that it creates a central database for my contacts, allowing for ease to retrieve information quickly and confidently as needed.  Card scanning not only allows for quicker entry of information into the database, but allows me to get rid of the bulky paper cards and clutter.

**What do you like best about HiHello?**

I like that HiHello allows for two types of business cards and can recognize when you do not have service. When you are in a space without service, the app will automatically bring up a QR code for a person to be able to still share their information with others. I appreciate the design of the app, it is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. I also like that you can quickly create a card right on your phone without having to log into a computer. You can set up a business card in less than 5 minutes. I love that it collects the other person's information and tells you when the other person has the app as well and connects so seamlessly. The best feature is that it captures the date and time that you met, and then you can add information.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

The only thing I do not like about the app is that in the free version, you cannot change the colors of the card without upgrading to the pro version. Even when testing it out, I think there should be the ability to select the correct color by being able to input Hex#s.

**What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HiHello savings people a lot of money and one less thing to worry about when attending events. When you forget your business card or when you don't have one, you can quickly create one on your phone and have it ready to share with others.

I was recommended this app by a career advisor to help make connections! I would say it’s a pretty decent app for that reason and makes making connections fun as well! I would say since not everyone has this app, it feels disappointing not being able to connect with them through the app immediately, but I do get to recommend it to them! Great app overall.

Since not everyone uses HiHello, it can be a little inconvenient, but other than that I have no other issues.

Being able to connect with others and give them my info has become easier, and this benefits me because it’s efficient and quick.

Prior to getting my HiHello digital business card I would often be out and forget my paper business cards and be unable to exchange business cards while networking.

I do like the feel of handing out physical cards and not many people I have encountered are utilizing a digital business card like this yet.

I like the fact that it is free and convenient to share all my links and handles in one click. It is also easy and straightforward to use.

This digital card works great—allows people to click on links or save to their contacts easily. I’ve told many people about using this card for their own business as well.

Nothing-it is easy to use! I suppose more free options would be great, but I am fine with the free options available.

This way I don’t have to carry business cards all the time. And people can easily download my information and have access to my links.

There are a lot of customizations available for pretty much whatever I am looking for. I can make a more detailed message, I can keep it short and sweet. I can use a pic, I don't have to - I feel like I am in the drivers seat at all times.

Seems like a saturated market, multiple softwares all have similar outcomes.

The platform is incredibly user friendly, making it easy to navigate even for those who aren’t very tech savvy. It has allowed me to seamlessly connect with people across long distances, whether for business or personal purposes. One of the added benefits is that it has also helped me save money on printed business cards by offering a convenient digital alternative for sharing my contact information instantly.

Not any downside except, you always need cell service.

It is so convenient to have a business card on my phone. It’s easy to use and looks great. I love that I don’t have to purchase business cards like I previously would have to.

I don’t like that there are in-app purchases. I wish that I could get more frames for the free option.

**What do you like best about HiHello?**

Whenever I am at a conference or a work mixer and someone asks for my card, I pull out my HiHello. Everyone always exclaims about how cool and user-friendly it is and immediately scans my contact card. Then they say they have heard of apps like this but never tried one and they don't know why they haven't. It's particularly funny that no one else has virtual cards when all these professional gatherings are on the topic of sustainability, but hopefully I am having a good influence through my use of HiHello. And I am enjoying it too!

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

Nothing to dislike - it's a great product.

**What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. I do not want to invest in business cards in case my role changes.
2. I want to be more sustainable and avoid paper use.
3. I want to make sure people don't lose my card.
4. I don't always have pockets or a wallet on me and don't want to have to carry cards.

**What do you like best about HiHello?**

I find it easy to scan a card and have it processed into a standard contact list - that is very helpful for keeping track of all the business cards I get.  I also like that the search function can find anything that was in any of the fields.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

It would be helpful if it could scan both sides of the card as one card.  Two other things that would make it better:  (1) If you could have a function that recognizes a card as already being scanned in, to prevent duplication, that would help.  I have so many contacts, I often don't know and don't have time to pre-search each card in a pile to see if it's already in there.  (2) I am able to make edits to business cards, such as changing the name if a person gets replaced in his/her position, but it doesn't make that update in my iPhone's Contacts, so I end up with a lot of ghosts I can't get rid of.  When I get a call, it shows the name of someone who left that place months ago, even though I went and changed the name to the new person.

It's my Rolladex for business cards.  I am also covered if I forget or am unable to bring physical business cards of my own.

I really enjoy the quality of the product and that it maintains the professional look.

I truly don’t have a dislike. I’m sure there is always room for improvement but the quality is perfect for the work I do.

The expense of having a paper business card for contact information. I don’t always have cards on me but I always have my phone with the app.

The easy of setting up your profile. Also that you can have multiple cards.

That if someone scans you and they don’t have a card you don’t capture any of their information.

Love that I can just scan in a card, tag the contact with my customized categories and keep notes of every interaction in one place.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

The search function on the website is quite limited only allowing search by name or filtering.  Would be helpful if I could put in a key word or company name and have it search all contacts to bring those up like on the app.  Have had a few issues with the app crashing, once had to uninstall and reinstall to get working again.  Luckily all contacts are saved, so didn't have to reenter my contacts.

Helps me manage all my transactions with dozens of referral partners.

HiHello makes it so easy to create and share professional digital business cards in seconds. I love how even the free and basic design looks premium and how I can include links, photos, and contact details all in one sleek format. It’s perfect for networking and leaves a great impression. I use it all the time! I easily added it to my email signature and share to others.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

Occasionally the app can take a moment to load, but it’s a minor inconvenience compared to how really useful it is.

I don't have to print cards and have a really long email signature.

**What do you like best about HiHello?**

It's hard to pinpoint what I like best about hiHello, because there are so many equally useful features. I have build up 4 nonprofits and the first thing I do is get them onto this; it's a comprehensive business card always available in your pocket should leaders or board members want to share contact information with potential partners; and I don't need to send them physical cards, and should we update any links; we don't have to reprint everything because it always stays the same! It makes my clients look like a nonprofit worth investing in, because it is such a good first impression.. The interactive email signature and background are awesome too for that same reason; I feel proud when on a zoom call and I am immediately giving the impression that I am here for business.

**What do you dislike about HiHello?**

There's just a few technical errors I've come across over the years, but most have ironed themselves out. I'd love to be able to merge doublicated contacts, but I haven't tried, there could be a easy fix for that too.

**What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oh my gosh, so many problems have been resolved with this; No more ordering business cards, no more needing to hang on to other people's business cards since I can scan them in that alone is a huge feature. My work emails are professional and hyperlinked to all the sites I'm constantly referring people to; so it's cutting time down on that when I can refer people to the email signature (and it exposes them to more than the one thing their doing, increasing media follows, and donation button clicks) I could go on, but I truly love this app, I've checked out a handful of others that are similar but always conclude that this one rises above... and if they're basically the same, hiHello has many more free and affordable options for my clients starting out. Most end up going for a paid version, but it is notable that they can start with a really great business card and grow it later should they want, or cycle depending on events.
