What do you like best about HiHello?

What do you like best about HiHello?

I went into downloading this app thinking it would be like the other "free" apps that had limited functionality, ads, and would stop working after a few days. I was blown away by the quality and functionality of the app, even the free version! It blows people's minds when I have a QR code to scan as a business card and sets me apart from my peers and others. I purchased the premium version after just 5 days because it was TOTALLY worth it. What do you like best about HiHello?

Easy to connect all of your socials as a single user or organize from a company level. I also liked being able to to quickly share a barcode to scan all of my information. Also you don't have to be in the app to use it when walkign around with your phone, you can add it to your mobile wallet to pull up as a quick action.

Something I haven't utilized yet is the integration into Salesforce. I would like to get that feature to move the contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiHello?

I suppose you'll never really get away from using physical business cards so it's always something to consider your audience and if they like being tech forward or want a physical card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HiHello?

The most helpful took about the HiHello is having the option to have multiple cards when you use the business account. It's so easy to have one business card per site work and the best part is that we are able to share it from the portal directly! Of course there is also an option to download the QR and just add it to your template, you can use either option as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiHello?

It's not that I dislike but the only thing I would suggest to add is to have the option to add folders in the "Cards" sections so everything can be organized by folders and subfolders Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HiHello solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a security guard company we have services at different locations, with HiHello we were able to create a digital business card per location and we removed the paper versions, this also help for our employees not to give an excuse as "I lost the paper", instead, we help them save the information just by scanning the QR code Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Also, I love how easy it is for people to scan, I like how when I use the url and text it, my thumbnail of a photo pops up so its not just another link.

this is true-->I can add videos and links but I wish it would give a small thumbnail mentioning I have a video. because right now it shows a ton of words and people do not read those cuz they do not stand out as much..

What do you like best about HiHello?

The best thing is the ability to save the cards on a single click whenever shared with the person.

Easy to Manage, users can maintain their card themselvers instead of like previous versions where a department have to take care of it.

We use it for 23 users, and all of them keeps their on their fingertips.

The another cool feature is that we can integrate it with Gmail , outlook for our Email signatures which is life saver.

Haven't tried customer support yet, but based on the reviews its good.

It is very easy to implement, you can just copy past from another card, and then the values..huge time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiHello?

If there could be customization option on designing the card then it would be more helpful and gives user control.

So previously we had to use paper printed card, everytime we have to order them and then wait for it to come.

With HiHello, we just setup everything at once and give user control to edit information.

What do you like best about HiHello?

My organization has more than 100 employees with different roles. Each role requires outreach and networking. It became a hassle printing out hundreds of business cards with dozens of different roles. It reached a point where many would just not have a business card. It felt unprofessional. What do you like best about HiHello?

The most innovative part is to get a user profile in the application with notes to follow up with the client

They can scan the QR code to get your details directly from their contact address.

The customer support is good too and I used it for one of the events, now I will use it for every event, it also has integration with a third-party tool to pass data to CRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HiHello?

It solved my biggest problem, using physical cards and not getting the data correctly, Now using hihello, I can update the data on the go, and take user details right into my CRM to followup Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HiHello?

What I like best about HiHello is that it has helped to integrate a cohesive look of professionalism when using them as email signatures. These email signatures allow other organizations to easily see who we are as an organization as well as our respective deparments. What do you dislike about HiHello?

I think one of the downsides of using a digital business card like HiHello's is that not every business/partner we communicate with have a digital business card or are aware of how to use updated forms of technology. This in turn limits who we can transfer the contact information with. Majority of the clients that we work with are Spanish speakers as well and are not aware of the updated technologies so this also limits the usability of the digital business card. Specifically within our organization, traditional paper business cards were not readily available to be printed, rather it was a norm to have business cards. For example, since starting with the organization I was never given a personalized business card and I know others were also not. With HiHello, every employee revceived a personalized digital business card that was easy and ready to set up.
