What do you like best about Highspot?

Whatever your sales enablement content needs or business strategy, you can accomplish it with Highspot. The system is incredibly robust with countless integrations to make your sellers work flow, work. The platform design can easily mature and react to support any initiative. My favorite part of Highspot is the admin back end experience, upload and content management can be done much faster on Highspot than on other tools we have used. We are able to link within Gsuite and give non-publishers the ability to modify content without them ever being in Highspot directly. Highspot has saved our team hundreds if not thousands of hours in content management.

Our account and services contacts give us great high level, actionable analytics and benchmarks so we can be confident we are providing a high level experience to our users and getting the value out of our company's investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Highspot?

Many features and enhancements have come out without full capability or rigid settings that will not work for our business. I love that they are constantly evolving but frequently the updates do not meet expecations for months or more following the rollout. We are often invited to provide feedback and insights on how we would like the product to work, which is great, but I sometimes wish the "cake" was more baked when it first comes out. What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Highspot is our one-stop-shop for all content and learning for our field sales reps, agents and customer service. We have found that having one singular platform across multiple markets and business units allows for easy sharing of content and a consistent message and experience. What do you like best about Highspot?

Highspot enables us to provide just-in-time knowledge and messaging to our people internally, which in turn allows us to deliver impactful and effective knowledge and expertise to our customers along their buying journey. The ability to support our customers along the entire journey and be available to communicate when not physically there through Digital Sales Rooms is game changing. What do you dislike about Highspot?

I preface this statement with- Most of my concerns are being addressed or in progress. Need to be able, at upload of assets, to input all asset governance and policy needs. Having multiple steps here creates double work. The nomenclature use is vast, however this is being addressed as they simplify the platform. In the early years there were too many steps which could seem daunting for newer AEs - "Easy Button" so they can spend more time selling vs admin work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Highspot?

Simplicity of use, it's a great central hub for all pertinent product information. You have access to all relevant day to day marketing materials and the ability to send through the platform itself, or download for your own files to send to customers yourself. What do you like best about Highspot?

Highspot is easy to use and is a quick way to send high quality educational and promotional content to my customers and colleagues.

I don't have to fuss with tricky attatchments, and it integrates well with my email templates. It's also a good way to teach customers self service so we can focus on opportunities in sales and spend less time on customer service related issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Highspot?

There is so much content, it can sometimes take a while to find the exact page I need through keyword search.

Usually information comes up quite quickly, but some searches take longer when I'm looking directly on the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

High spot is solving the problem of sending customers catalogues and self service information. I used to send large PDF files that may or may not open for the customer.

What do you like best about Highspot?

There are a number of fantastic features availabe in Highspot and a favorite of mine is the insights that can be obtained by using it to send content and proposals to clients. It is easy to use both from the platform and from Outlook and allows the salesperson to complete other knowing that Highspot will provide a notification when the message has been opened and when the content has been shared or downloaded. Further, outreach funcitionality known as "pitching" also includes AI functionality to help draft messaging for the email which is a huge time saver for many. I would also add that Highspot does a great job with the cosmetics associated with the emails and instead of simply incorporating a link to the content, it presents it in the form of a thumbnail. This really helps with the appearance of the message and also with the consuption of the content. In the end, using Highspot to support our outreach efforts helps our sellers generate revenue. What do you dislike about Highspot?

One thing that is not as intuitive as I would have hoped with Highspot is related to analytics. The platform offers a high volume of options related to analytics, but it takes some understanding to manage through the nuances of the data to pull and secure what you need. What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?

The first problem Highspot helps with is related to time. The seach functionality is dynamic and very easy to use. Further, AI is integrated into the search capabilities and provide answers to questions our sellers might have. In the end, the functionality saves a lot of time for our sellers.

The second problem Highspot helps with is related to account penetration. When pitching via Highspot, the platform provides insights related to who the recipient of the message forwards it along to. - User adoption is really high across generations.

- As an admin, I spend a lot of time in the system daily and can easily navigate sections to provide support.

- Content management using use analytics is powerful.

- Transfer of content was really easy,
