What do you like best about Highspot?

Highspot's UI is easy to use for any kind of user persona and the customizable landing page and integrations make it simple to correlate content to user and have the user leverage the content. Implementation and integration is easy on the platform, it is more difficult on the content governance side than within the platform, adding content is easy and keeping content up to date is a quick step. We find users can easily visit Highspot and acquire their content / share content and move on to other tasks fluidly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Highspot?

Highspot tries to be a coaching company and a sales enablement SaaS application at the same time, which can cause misalignment. The platform has a lot of features that increase the cost to use and it's difficult to map RoI to those features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Highspot?

What do you dislike about Highspot?

They ignore bugs entirely too often, in favor of developing new features. They will also regularly go back-and-forth on time estimates for fixes and feature rollouts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Highspot?

What do you dislike about Highspot?

Engagement editor could be better as some feature might not be available to us: update an uploaded document directly into the customer's portal. More choice on font, color, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Highspot?

Highspot is very easy to use. Our company uses it daily wether it's uploading content, creating Pitches, or finding resources.

I've reached out to Customer Support a few times and have gotten timely responses. In addition, my Account Manager is very insightful and is always willing to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Highspot?

While I don't necessarily dislike this - their Learning Management System leaves some to be desired. It's rather basic but I believe this is a newer feature they're growing into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Content can live in tons of places - when considering a sellers role, the last thing they want to do is log in to various systems to find a single peice of content. Highspot certainly solves that!

Additionally, sending content to prospects is very important. Being able to track insightful analytics let's the sellers know who is opening what, but also let's Sales Enablement + Product Marketing know what's working. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Highspot?

Highspot is a great content management, training and coaching platform that allows us to equip, train and coach our sellers. We've been able to easily integrated into our existing tech stack to serve up content, sales plays, and even training directly in their workflow. It incorporates governance tools and features to ensure content stays current and continues to leverage AI to keep up with the changing business landscape. Our sellers engage with customer everday using Highspot or the Highspot extensions in Outlook, LinkedIn, Salesforce and Salesloft. We have also started to introduce the new Digital Room features and our sales team are excited to begin using them as a new way to customize & personalize communication with their customers. I'd also like to mention that the support and partnership from our account team and the support teams are top-notch! Although issues are rare, the support teams have been very responsible and have always resolved any issue in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Highspot?

More flexibility in the smart page designer is needed to allow easier adjustments to image sizes and enhancements to training components to allow for survey style questions and unenroll individuals added to a course through a group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Highspot solves several challenges we face in our organization, but these are a few of the top ones: Ensuring our sellers have quick, easy access to the most recent & relevant content to share with our customers and Provides better visibility into customer engagement with the content which helps our sellers better understand what is most important to our customers, Provides efficiencies by allowing our sellers to use a single platform to find & send content to customers, be aware of customer activities with the content and provide the training & coaching to upskill our sellers.
