What do you like best about Highspot?

I really like the simplicity of being able to search for whatever you need on highspot. The search function works as easy as any other internet browser, making it simple to locate any document, media, etc. I also like how our team can "pitch" content that can be tracked for analytics purposes. What do you dislike about Highspot?

Sometimes, it can be easy to lose track of older, outdated content and it is important to stay on top of content. I would love if there was a flagging feature in highspot for outdated material :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Highspot allows me and my team to provide content and strategies to our sales team, while also being able to track the usage of these items. What do you like best about Highspot?

Besides the fact that their customer support is incredible, the tool is flexible and has allowed us to get the right content to our sellers at the right time! The analytics in the tool also allows us to keep track of who is using what content. We can then decide if it's worth updating that content (when needed) or dump it. We have changed over the span that we have had Highspot. We went through a complete rebrand, organization consolidation, including multiple companies while using this tool. And this tool has allowed us to do so without compromise. When we question how others are utilizing Highspot in a specific way, our account team has reached out to other customers to ask them. This has been a huge help so that we can learn from others. Product updates are done regularly to Highspot, improvements as well as any issues we may come across. What do you dislike about Highspot?

Nothing. There are product enhancements I would love to see, but as far as disliking the tool? I don't. It's doing what it should, and I'm thankful for that! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?

There is a lot of information about so many things at our company. Tons of solutions, tons of products, tons of verticals. How do you get this information to your sellers? And all of this during a rebrand? We couldn't have done it without Highspot. And then the analytics to see IF people are using the content. What do you like best about Highspot?

Highspot makes it easy for me to post all approved marketing content for all team members to access. They can use parts and pieces and make something special for their situation while still using approved content. No more wasting precious marcom time creating one-off items the seller can put together themselves. I also love spots - places to educate and link to all the right stuff on a specific topic. What do you like best about Highspot?

The ability to share content through a digital room with the ability to track activity on content usage. We have had such good feedback from our external partners about the use of digital rooms and it's really been successful with our brokers and clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to Highspot we had sales reps spending upwards of 20 minutes looking for content and/or downloading marketing materials onto their desktops because it was difficult to find, which would lead to outdated versions being shared externally. After implementing Highspot to manager our content, we have since created a one-stop shop for content and assured users that the gold copy, most up-to-date version is available in Highspot. What do you like best about Highspot?

It's not LIKE, It's LOVE!!! Ive have been using Highspot since the beginning of 2023 and have implemented Highspot with 9 other departments.We have created 2 newsletters 1 internal and 1 external. What do you like best about Highspot?

- Their LMS (Training & Coaching) is phenomenal for a revenue org. Helps drive adoption of content, but is also designed to make sellers better, and make it easy for enablement to create, track and analyze. This has transformed our enablement and adoption of content

It is an investment, especially Training & Coaching (LMS). What do you like best about Highspot?

Compared to the mess that is SharePoint and Teams groups, Highspot is a joy to use: it presents content in an easy to consume way, is searchable and easy to navigate. Above all, it looks like it comes from the 21st century: not just a random list of filenames but rather all the things one has come to expect: previews, summaries, ability to view content like presentations directly on the page. It's great to be able to share both internally and externally from the app. I love the fact that you can create your own "spot" for content and I also really like the fact that it's so easy to see when new versions of content become available.

Honesly, I wish we just collapsed *all* content into one place, like Highspot, because its version control is so good. It often gets rid of the issue of having to constantly re-download "the latest version" of things, simply becuase you can keep references to documents in your Spot and they will always be the latest version. What do you dislike about Highspot?

I feel that sharing could be a little easier, especially for internal colleagues: it would be great to just right click something and send a link directly to a colleague by email (or Teams). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Search for, and share, the latest versions of content both internally and externally. The benefit of being able to get to content easily without having to trawl through a network of internal Sharepoint (and other, archaic, sites), web links that are known to only a few and have long and complex access rights issues, is immense. What do you like best about Highspot?

Ease of use in regards to UI. Amazing UI. Very helpful and resoureful tool. Love that you can share , collaborate and send files on the platform internally and extrnally.
