Heropa’s mission is to simplify the delivery of complex software environments so hands-on learning can happen. Our clients use Heropa’s high performance infrastructure across 20 locations globally to hold virtual instructor-led training and events, including multi-region events; deliver hands-on, self-paced software training, with full LMS integration; and showcase software in sales demos, POCs and events. Heropa’s virtual IT labs are easy to set up and deploy, with fully automated user and environment provisioning. We offer a large image catalog, native AWS and Azure marketplace images, as well as the ability to BYO AWS and Azure accounts and images. Heropa is fully customizable and easy to use, with advanced virtual classroom capability including chat, video and remote assistance features. Integrated analytics provides visibility on usage and engagement of participants during training, or prospects when used at events, or during sales POCS and trials.

What do you like best about Heropa?

Heropa provides a unique cloud platform that enables fast and agile delivery of our education and training content to customers worldwide. The development of the content is easy and allows many of our technical people to contribute to the knowledge we provide through the Heropa solution. The team at Heropa is always receptive to our needs and undertakes to develop new features that enhance our customer experience. Heropa is a valued business partner that adds a digital education and training capability to our software portfolio of offers and differentiates us in the market. What do you dislike about Heropa?

Sometimes the administration user interface is a little tricky to use and navigate. However, I would expect this to improve over time with new platform releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Heropa solving and how is that benefiting you?

Educating our end-user customers and technology partners worldwide. Reducing the impact of lengthy face-to-face, instructor-led training by providing online, cost-effective, high-quality self-paced course modules that enable the students to quickly and easily adopt the new educational content. Scaling our reach is also another major challenge that Heropa solves. Reaching multiple customers and partners with the same training materials across various countries and regions has enhanced our product knowledge within our existing and new customer bases. What do you like best about Heropa?

It's a powerful tool that provides great flexibility to our training sessions. It's so easy to customize our environment to the different training activities.

What do you like best about Heropa?

- Using templates to built out different use cases / environments

- Meaningful features requests are considered on the roadmap and implemented pretty fast

Partially there are slow reaction times when accessing environments on the cloud depending on the cloud location where the environments are deployed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps to test different vendor solutions or scenarios in a virtual lab. It supports delivering training to partners and customers. It is used to conduct PoC's for new clients.

What do you like best about Heropa?

Heropa allows us to train partners on applications that are only available on MacOS... non trivial! I did extensive research into hands-on lab providers to easily spin-up macOS desktops and Heropa seems to be the only one out there. Their macOS lab capabilities are amazing - we can run both self-paced and instructor-led training on macOS desktops Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Heropa?
