What do you like best about Herodesk?

I really love how easy it is to use, and how easy it is to implement.

Their AI features are very good, for instance their AI translation and workflows.

I have tried multiple different chat softwares, and many of them feel extremely oldschool and cluttered compared to Herodesk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Herodesk?

What do you like best about Herodesk?

Making it possbile for us to do better customer support with shorter time-to-answer for our customers.

What do you like best about Herodesk?

It's easy to use, and very minimalistic design.

Which is whats matter, when you just want to give your customers a great experience with our customer service.

They keep updating the system, and giving us new features. And HeroDesk feels like a very morden system.

Super nice with integration to our webshop, fetches all order information directly into HeroDesk. So we can easily see customers' order details.
