What do you like best about Helpshift?

What do you like best about Helpshift?

Able to see who needs help and the problem they are facing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Helpshift?

In the work place each employee has multiple tasks so if they are not currently assisting someone on chat there needs to be a way to notify the operator when there is a client waiting whether it be a new chat or a return to a chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Helpshift?

It is nice to be able to create automated bots as well as route to employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Helpshift?

I appreciate the ability to sort and bulk responses with ease. Adding tags and sorting of current data is very easy. You can also automatically tag tickets and assign them to queue with minimal automation programming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Helpshift?

I either do not possess the knowledge, or Helpshift does not have the ability for detailed reporting. If you only need generalized reports/sorting abilities, I would recommend this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Helpshift?

Helpshift was easy for the techs to install and the training was a breeze. I personally thought helpshift was better for the Recruiters because they are not able to make the weekly meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Helpshift?

Faculty lost interest in helpshift because they prefer skype for business. I attribute this to us trying out different software so often recently because we are trying to be as efficient as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
