The level of customization is awesome and the UI is very user-friendly. We use this every day to manage and get reports assigned or resolved by our team. We needed a ticketing system that can integrate well with Microsoft 365, works well within Teams, and has a knowledge base. Helpdesk 365 met all our needs.
