Helmobot is VERY user-friendly and intuitive. Easy to navigate and keep updated! Also, they are constantly improving everything on the back end and launching new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Extremely intuitive and all-encompassing. From the scheduling, POS and time reporting features to the task management, there is no better out there. I'ts playful and fun to use too! Customer support is also highly available and quick to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use for management, employees and clients. Things are where you would expect them and that makes their software intuitive and easy to learn for new employees and clients. I also love that they not only have schedulling for clients, but for employees, an ongoing digital logbook for our team to have discussions in, a manual section as well as a task managment system to help guide employees on what work needs to be done during different shifts and to help with ongoing projects. This may sound cheesy, but I hate that I waited so long to fully switch over to HelmBot. I was worried about losing customer information during the transfer, but the handover was seamless and a big success. Modern, clean, very easy to use, great-looking, neat and non-cluttered, stellar customer support, has all the functions I need for scheduling software, and if I have an idea of something I think could be added to the software it's easy to have a conversation with the developers to see if they would consider adding it. I demoed at least 6 other similar software programs and Helm was the best value and the best of all I demoed. For running a float center (what I use it for) it's the perfect software. Guests tell us all the time how easy it is to book appointments through the software without having to contact us. The customer support is stellar, usually getting a response to emails within an hour (often within minutes). It keeps great records of useful data and integrates well with Google analytics and Facebook Pixel. Setting up schedules and editing them if needed is very easy. There are a few things I didn't like at first, but customer support took my feedback and made changes. It's not that there were problems, but rather things that could be added to make the software even better such as internal waivers which they added. I wish I had more useful constructive criticism but I can't think of anything the software is missing or any problems I've run into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
