What do you like best about Hello Retail?

Very satisfied with Hello Retail. Clear dashboard, good communication (very pro-active) and a solution that was fully adapted to our needs. What do you like best about Hello Retail?

The most important feature of Hello Retail is their staff. They've been extremely helpful, dilligent, personable, and last but not least competent. Without my Key Account Manager we would not be able to use this properly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hello Retail?

I don't have anything that I can subtract from the experience. The tech is good, the people are good. I don't have anything at present that I'm not happy with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hello Retail solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have some 90.000 products. It is virtually impossible for us to merchandise manually. Hello Retail creates recommendations for us parametrically that we would never be able to do manually. They also provide us with an excellent search feature. Through the use of Hello Retail we've been able to lift our conversion rate *significantly*. We're extremely happy with it. The original search engine in our shopsystem does not allow you to misspell or receive any results if there isn't a 100% match between the search term and a product/category etc. This is solved by the Hello Retail search function. What do you like best about Hello Retail?

We partnered up with Helllo Retail to improve our customer journey. Finding the ideal solution can be difficult in a webshop with a lot of products to choose from. Even though our business and pricing set up stands out from a regular webshop, Hello Retail has been able to adjust their service to us. In a simple way, Hello Retail's products enhance the onsite experience for our customers and for us in the organization.

Our aim is to be "close to the customer," we want to be present and helpful, and through Hello Retail's search function and recommendation boxes, we can provide relevant, personal, and accurate recommendations. It becomes easier for the customer to find what they are looking for and even what they might not have known they were searching for. This simplifies the purchasing journey and contributes to an experience similar to what we can offer in our physical store.

These services also greatly facilitate our work in the organization as they make it easier to navigate the site. With the help of the precise search function, we can efficiently find items in our enormous assortment, which is otherwise difficult to overview and manage.
