Really amazing job of gathering informations and documenting requirements. The team was clearly invested in the job and in us. Great people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Heller Consulting?
Not great at saying "no" - we had a few instances were we asked for things that were pretty much crazy (and which we are now having to re-engineer); Heller did their best to accomodate/build out custom processes but since we brought them on as experts, we feel like they could have done a better job of guiding us toward best practices instead of doing what we thought (in our naivite) we wanted.
